The Stephan House is an aesthetic gem in the heart of downtown Sacramento. This 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom, tri-level home is a great place to stay for corporate business travelers, long haul vacationers, or newcomers looking to explore the heart of downtown Sacramento. Gather with family and friends to enjoy local restaurants, boutiques, bars, and entertainment at Downtown Commons (DOCO).

This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers, families, and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items do not work with your travel plans:
- Primary renter must be 21+ years old
- No smoking inside or outside of the house. The reservation holder will be charged a $250 fine if smoking rules are violated.
- That maximum number of guests allowed to sleep at the property is 6. No additional guests. If more guests are expected, please contact New Found Spaces.
- No parties. If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party resulting in cancellation.
- Quiet time is 11PM - 7AM (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep the music down during quiet hours.
- Nothing can be taped, pinned, attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. No glitter or confetti.
All guests are able to self-check in upon arrival. However, we are only one phone call or message away with anything you may need during your stay.

Whether you're visiting Old Sacramento Waterfront, enjoying live Concerts in the Park, dining at locally sourced restaurants, or grabbing a drink at a local brewery, you're sure to soak in the beauty of the Farm to Fork Capital.
Guests have access to the entire home including the outdoors areas and in unit washer and dryer. Please feel free to enjoy all of the house amenities. If there are any additional amenities you may be interested in, please don't hesitate to check out the guidebook or contact us with your request.
The Stephan House is a gated property with two onsite parking options for guests: one single carport/garage and an additional single vehicle driveway . Additional parking can be used in nearby parking structures or metered street parking. Please do not park in the alley. The bright yellow door is the first entry point into the house on the ground level. You can also access the spacious rooftop patio perfect for morning coffee or an afternoon nap upstairs past the front door. If you prefer additional outdoor space, an additional backyard patio is available to guests as well for entertaining.
First Level:
Once you walk through the vibrant yellow door, you will be entering the ground level of the home. A suitable queen size bed is located on the first level, along with a bathroom and access to the back patio. This space can be closed off with a sliding barn door.
Second Level:
On the second level you will find the living room area with beautiful artwork paired with an alluring mosaic cinder block wall. The kitchen flows perfectly throughout this area allowing easy entertainment with family and friends. The second bathroom is also located on this level with a washer and dryer unit inside.
Third Level:
Two spacious master bedrooms are situated on the third level with captivating natural lighting throughout. Both rooms hold private bathrooms along with suitable closets for storage.
Sacramento Regional Transit (RT) offers multiple routes and schedules for those wishing to commute throughout the city via light rail or bus lines. Ride-share bikes, scooters, and car services are also available throughout downtown Sacramento.
