Vår fullt möblerade Gulf View Condo ligger tvärs över gatan från stranden. Lägenheten ligger på tredje våningen med parkering på första våningen. Njut av en vacker solnedgång från 27'-balkongen eller från det vackert inredda vardagsrummet som har 17 "skjutdörrar. Koppla av och njut av solnedgången, gulfbrisen och den vackra vita sandstranden. Du kommer helt enkelt älska denna plats. Nytt laminatgolv just installerat. Bara lagt till en 37in hd tv.

Faciliteter: Ny keramikplatta, uppgraderat kök och bad, ny laminatgolv just installerad, nya vardagsrumsmöbler. 1 queen size-säng och 2 enkelsängar som kan göras till 1 king size-säng. Vi har även lakan för varje storlek. Massor av romaner att läsa medan du kopplar av i denna mycket bekväma lägenhet.

Great place to stay

This place is great. It’s cute, clean and the beach is right across the street! Stairs to the apartment are quite steep but we had no problem. Plenty of things in the kitchen to cook your own food which we liked and plenty of towels for everyone. Having a washers/dryer were a plus!! The only suggestion I would have is to put a little corner stool in the shower to helo with shaving I Highly recommend this place.

Everything you could want!

Very clean and very well stocked. A real home away from home with plenty of extra towels, bedding, a small cooler, new flooring and kitchen, comfortable furniture, deck, beach supplies, and nicely decorated. Convenient to everything.

Perfect location

The location is perfect and the condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was so nice having the beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, etc) provided by Jim and Denise. We all loved the huge balcony. We'd definitely love to come back!

Beach Time

We had a wonderful stay everything was excellent. Plenty of towels blankets pillows. The short walk to the beach was perfect. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Our host was easy to contact and always responded quickly to any of our questions.

Awesome condo 1 block from beach

The pictures on this listing do not do it justice. The bedrooms are spacious, condo is well updated. The host has everything you could think of in this well stocked condo. Walking distance to some good restaurants and the beach is only 1 block away. We loved it for a girls weekend and will definitely book again!!

We had a great time!

We had a great time staying in Indian Rocks Beach. The property was right across the street from the beach which made it easy to go back and forth between the beach and the condo. The condo was stocked with all the necessities including a full size washer and dryer which meant we left with clean clothes instead of dirty ones! We would recommend the property to anyone looking to be close to the beach!

Fantastic and relaxing

The listing for Jim's condo was right on and exactly what we needed for our short stay on the gulf coast. Our little family felt comfortable and well rested thanks to our host! Perfect stay

The condo is fabulous, photos do not show just how lovely it is in real life. Extremely comfortable and well equipped and immaculate. Location could not be better, steps away from beach access and walking distance to many fabulous restaurants. Only regret is we didn't stay longer. Will be back. Thank you Jim

Clean property- Great location

Our family of four (two teen daughters) was comfortable in this unit for a week. The location is great- directly across from a beach access point and a block away from a couple restaurants. We were visiting family nearby so we didn't spend a lot of time in the unit, but it was more than adequate. We appreciated the beach towels and two camp chairs that were provided. If you are a beach equipment "junky" you might want to bring your own umbrella and beach chairs. The place was very clean, well stocked, and quiet. The unit is at the top of two flights of stairs- so be aware of this if you have any mobility issues.

IRB March vacation

Spacious, bright, clean, comfortable condo. It was nice to be up high (top floor, right hand side when looking at the house from the road) for the views of the water across the street. We could even watch people on the beach and see the waves from the living room couches when it was too cold or windy to sit on the awesome huge porch.It's on a busy street so there's traffic noise, but the bedrooms in the back of the condo were nice and quiet for sleeping.Excellent location and good options for walking: along Gulf Blvd for restaurants, shops etc; the cute residential neighborhood behind the building with interesting houses to look at (some very Old Florida beachy); and of course walks for miles on the beaches.We definitely saw evidence of the devastating hurricanes that had ripped through the area fall of 2024, but it wasn't noticeable until we'd been there a few days. It was actually an interesting time to be there to witness all of the rebuilding and construction happening all around. Signs of renewal, hope, and resiliency in this special part of the state.The town of Dunedin to the north is definitely worth a visit (we went twice in one week). Belleair Market in Belleair Bluffs is only an 8 minute drive from the house and a nice option for delicious takeout sandwiches, salads etc if you don't feel like dealing with Publix or traffic to the south.All in all a wonderful stay and we highly recommend Jim's condo. We hope to return soon ourselves. Thanks, Jim!

Another perfect stay

This property’s photos on VRBO do not do it Justice. This is our second year staying and it was another perfect stay. The area is wonderful, right across from the beach and just down the street of a lot of fabulous restaurants! Owners do a great job providing essentials for everyone. If you forget something, rest assured, it is probably there. They’ve even added a wagon to their beach essential collection. You’re welcome to use it all. Overall, the process, the area, the cleanliness and the above and beyond owner will keep us coming back for more visits!

Family fun

We had a great stay. Jim the owner was very quick to respond when we had to reach out about internet/TV issues. Great location just across the street from the beach. Beautiful condo and wonderful deck with all the beach toys. My only suggestion is to realize it is a climb up two stories of stairs that are narrow and steep not handicap accessible so my visually impaired mom and 77 year old aunt had some challenges with this. Suggest at least paint the edge of the stairs with reflective yellow paint or something to help. Otherwise I got great exercise toting things up and down for them 😀 great place and would come back!

The best extended weekend girls trip ever!

Right from the moment I attempted to book this visit (which Jim was extremely helpful) to helping assure we made it to the property OK , this visit was exactly what we had hoped. Jim and his wife have a beautiful beach home! If stairs are not for you - beware but we like to be active and welcomed them! The beach access is directly across from the property and we were able to walk for hours! There is access to a bus in which we were able hop on and get to several different beaches and had a great time shopping! Evening drink on the deck to watch the sunset, lunches out, shopping trips, she’ll gathering on the beach and lots of girl talk! This is a perfect trip for friends to get together for a long weekend as we did!! Thank you Jim sharing your beautiful lake home!!

Perfect Location

The condo is 3 stories up with a great view of the ocean from the balcony, living/dining rooms and kitchen. The ocean facing west side of the condo has two large sliding glass doors opening onto the large balcony. Inside the floors is all hardwood. Leather couches for lounging and a six-place dining room table. There is a washer and dryer in the utility room. The two bedrooms have TV’s. One with a queen size bed and the other 2 twins that can push together to make a king size. Ceiling fans in every room. There is a public beach access directly across the 2 lane street. The beach is beautiful with soft sand plenty of shells to find. Three blocks away is a fantastic seafood restaurant(Guppy's) serving oysters, shrimp, fresh fish, crab cakes, scallops and steak. Four blocks away is a great Italian restaurant and pizza is all within walking distance. Three to four miles away is a steak restaurant on the water that also has seafood(Salt Rocks). A little more expensive but worth it. John's Pass is around 6 miles down the road. There you can shop by the ocean and eat at different restaurants on the water. Gators and Bubba Gump restaurants are a few to check out. Great sunsets from the restaurants outside dining areas also. This a great place to spend a month, a week or long weekend. Plenty to do and see. St.Pete and Ft. Desoto(voted best beach in America) are only 30 minutes away if you want more to do and see. We always have a great time.
