The open living area welcomes group gatherings with strong natural lighting, a smart TV, and plenty of comfortable seating, and the full kitchen boasts an updated suite of stainless steel LG appliances for handling family style meal prep with ease. There's breakfast bar seating for two and the dining table can accommodate up to six for dinners or game nights.

The primary suite can be found on the main floor, complete with a private bathroom equipped with dual sinks, a roomy shower, and separate tub. Two ground-floor bedrooms each feature their own smart TV and share convenient en suite access to a full bathroom.

Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
