Greta was a fabulous hostess. My husband and I were travel weary and decided to stay here two nights. This place has such a cozy and beautifully decorated atmosphere. We loved loved loved it!

Greta was an absolutely wonderful host! Not only did she make the whole booking/check-in process very easy, she also offered personal tips to enjoy the surrounding area. The Town Hall is beautiful and is a wonderful spot for those who are looking to get away!

Great place to stay! Quiet and peaceful and convenient for Nauvoo, Carthage and Keokuk. Hour or less drive to Quincy. We loved the location, and the property was beautiful, clean and nicely furnished. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and quiet farmhouse style stay

The host is so friendly and helpful in any way needed, so sweet and thoughtful! The property grounds were stunning, inside decor and style beautifully done. Clean bathroom, comfortable bed, quiet location with gorgeous views for sunrise and sunset. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Mississippi River Views

Loved the cozy space and our gracious host Greta. The Mississippi River road had gorgeous views of the water and we enjoyed a long, peaceful farmland hike just across the state line in Iowa.

Perfectly charming

The character of the "town hall" put together a load of charm made this a very pleasant place to stay! Everything was very clean inside. Outside was just as beautiful and charming as the inside.
