Thank you for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review. We're pleased to hear that the home suited your family's needs and that you enjoyed the location, cleanliness, and overall comfort of the space. We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding the refrigerator issue, and we're glad we were able to resolve it promptly. Regarding the mustiness, thank you for bringing it to our attention. We've since implemented a regular cleaning and maintenance schedule for the ac units to help improve air quality. Your feedback is truly valued, and we're grateful you would stay with us again.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback! The second bedroom with the bunk beds is definitely designed with children in mind. We understand that the height of the bunk bed and access to the bathroom might not be ideal for everyone. And while there isn’t a full-size dresser, there is a closet where you can easily store your clothes and belongings. We wanted to let you know that we’ve since updated the master bedroom with a queen bed to offer more comfort for adults. We’re so glad the mattresses were comfortable, and the A/C kept the apartment cool. We really appreciate your feedback as it helps us make improvements for future guests. We'd love to host you again anytime!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We're glad our simple checkout process made your morning a little easier, especially while traveling with six young children and a newborn. We appreciate you mentioning the door lock and the temperature. We'll take another look at the lock to make sure it's working as smoothly as possible and review our instructions to make it easier for future guests. You should have been able to adjust the temperature to your family's comfort, and we'll also work on keeping more extra blankets available for guests who may prefer additional warmth. It was a pleasure hosting your family, and we hope you enjoyed your visit to Nauvoo. We'd love to welcome you back anytime!
