Close to major attractions: Disney World(50min), Kennedy Space Center(15min), Cocoa Beach Pier (15 min walk), Ron Jon(10min), Dinosaur museum(10 min), bike and surfboard rentals places(5 min), Cocoa Beach Aerial Adventures(5 min), Jetty park(5 min),Escape room(5 min), etc.
Reserved indoor dining space and two outdoor dining spaces.
The backyard is HUGE and includes a grill and fire pit for all the outdoor fun with your family.
The garage has many beach toys for you to use including beach wagon, chairs, sun umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys.
For FUN: Small :foosball, air hockey and pool table.
No Smoking. NO PARTIES allowed.

My family and I lived in Seattle, WA for 20 years and, even though Washington is a beautiful place to live, we always missed the sun, the water and warmer temperatures. In 2020 we visited Cocoa Beach for the first time and fell in love with the place. We then returned a few more times until, one day, we made the decision to move to FL. It was the best decision of our lives!
