Cute beach cottage, no roads to cross, no elevators, walk 45 feet be on the beach. 1 bedroom 2 bath cottage. Single story stand alone cottage Very open floor plan. You can see the ocean from your living area. Step outside your front door and take a dip in the pool, or take 45 steps and be on the beach. Close to restaurants, bars, outdoor activities such as jet ski, parks, boating, etc. The choice is yours. Our cottage is family friendly. Bedroom has private bath. Full bath off living room so guests can have their own bathroom as well. Daybed with trundle in living area for additional guests.

Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here, so close to the awesome beach. Location was great, close enough to restaurants and other activities but not too close to where it was crowded. The house had beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella which really helped to make the trip more enjoyable.

Loved it!

This was perfect cottage for our family. We could easily jump between the pool and lake and loved having our own kitchen. All of the amenities were great. Would definitely stay again!

Great Beach Cottage

Nice little beach cottage in a great area. This was my second time staying here and it was just as good as the first. The cottage has everything you need for a great beach trip, including a pool located just outside the door. There are plenty of restaurants and lots of touristy stuff to do nearby.

We were excited to stay at this cottage again this year. The location is perfect. The view of the beach that is just steps away is amazing. We enjoyed the heated pool and the owners were pleasant and easy to work with.

Cute, clean beach cottage had everything needed and more. Easy access to the beach. There were chairs and umbrellas provided. Enjoyed the pool. Communication was great. Easy check in and check out process. Would stay again but longer next time!

Great Beach Cottage

This beach cottage is more beautiful in person and has to be one of the cleanest places we've rented at the beach. It didn't seem like there was a speck of sand anywhere. Tony and his wife put alot of love into this place and stock it with everything you need and more! My family really enjoyed our week and having the pool across the sidewalk was great! We loved the little patio and gas grill. The sunsets were beautiful and the few steps to the beach made it even better. I will definately be back and will recommend it to my friends looking for a place close to clearwater.

Absolutely amazing cottage

This is by far the most adorable, best located, has everything cottage my wife and I have stayed in, in the last seven years in this area. The owners have thought of everything with this place. Mark and Donna are the most caring and thoughtful hosts possible, they are so concerned about it being an absolutely amazing experience.Your steps away from the pool and beach. The area of Belleair is so great. The cottage has everything needed, very clean and neat. All you need to bring is yourselves. We come to this area twice a year for the last seven years and the is by far the BEST! If you don’t stay at this cottage

 well you’re missing out! We will definitely be coming back!!!

Our vacation at this Property

Our week at Dragonfly Cottage 9/26/11 - 10/3/11 was one of our best vacations ever. We have been going to the beach for over 50 years. We look for good clean physical accomodations in a quite, unhurried, uncrowded beach setting with all the creature comforts. Also, we go out for most meals and the numerous good, varied, reasonably priced, restaurants within a 10 minute drive is a plus. Of course, the beach is top-notch and we actually used the pool - the first time in years. Would we do it again? Certainly! And we have reserved the cottage for two future vacations. Dragonfly Cottage met or exceeded all our expectations. Jim and Peggy

Beautiful Cottage

We stayed at this cottage October 2010-and had a wonderful time. If you want to relax, walk steps to a beautiful beach to play on, pool at your front door , beautiful landscaping, be surrounded by gorgeous homes, see the most awesome sunset , and be able to see Clearwater beach from your beach chair on your (almost private) beach then you have found the place to go. Now let me tell you about the cottage- One of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. Plenty of sleeping area- daybed with trundle, sleeper sofa in living area and queen in bedroom. You can tell the sheets and blankets are very clean. No need to take your own like we usually do. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Very helpful with any questions. They really go the extra mile. Pictures on website look good, but when you see this adorable cottage in person you will fall in love with it and you will not ever want to leave. We are looking forward to our next stay ASAP. You will not be disappointed with this cottage.

Best little cottage with only steps to the beach. We used to stay in the tourist crazed Clearwater. This is far more relaxing. Steps to the beach and beach view. It like having your own private beach. Plan on visiting as much as possible. Love this place!

Dragonfly Cottage, our home away from hone

This cottage was a beach lovers dream. Just steps from the beautiful Gulf and heated pool. You can see the gulf outside the living room window. The owner provided beach chairs and umbrellas. The neighbors were friendly. Kitchen was stocked. Tony was available to answer our questions. Loved it 😀

Great little beach cottage

This is a great little cottage right by the beach. The cottage has everything needed for a great time at the beach. The pool was empty at night and was perfect for a late swim and doing some reading. The area is very nice with lots of great restaurants nearby.

Great location and accommodations!

This was my 2nd stay at the Dragonfly cottage and I loved it even more the second time. Can’t say enough about the amenities, closeness to the beach and surrounding area restaurants. The owner was hospitable and communicative. Overall, I can’t say enough about this place - and I’ll be back!

Complete paradise

Owner provide everything you will need for your beach trip. Towels, chairs, umbrella, tent. Kitchen is stocked. You only need to bring your groceries. Everything is super clean and everything works in good order. This was my second trip here this year and would it again! Owners have great communication and have put loving detail to their sweet cottage and it shows.

Dragonfly cottage was perfect. Perfect location.

We had the best time at dragonfly cottage. The heated pool right outside the door was a dream. The short walk to the gulf was perfect. You could see the sunset every night right from the living room. Biggest decision I had to make every morning was where to go first, the pool or the beach. Plenty of places to eat outdoors on the water. Love Belleair Beach.

Perfect vacation with our grandson

We had the best vacation. Our three year old Grandson absolutely loved “our” Beach House. He woke up every morning wanting to take his trucks to the beach. The location was even better than expected.

Great place to relax and enjoy the beach and/or pool. You are only 1.5 miles in either direction from great restaurants, water sports, parks, etc. We love that it is easy access to everything we enjoy doing.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our property is unique in that it is a free standing cottage, with a pool outside your front door and the beach just 45 steps away with no roads to cross. We also love that you can walk out your back door and see the beach while you enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and not have to go anywhere. You can see sunsets everyday with out leaving the property.
