The house is in the Southwest of Houston. Brand new remodel. Very nice, clean, and quiet area. House is in a very convenient area: 2 minute walk to a large park and playground. 1 min to 59/69 Freeway, 5 mins. 1 min to Asian Town. 10 mins to Downtown and Reliance Energy Center. 10 mins to Gallerie and First Colony Mall. Clean, spacious but sparsely equipped

Adequate for large group. King bed had queen thin blanket so we were cold during the night. Found a full size throw in the closet which helped. There were 7 adults. Kitchen had four cups, a handful of wine glasses. If advertising to large groups, dishes should accommodate. Gutters were leaking in several places after rain so we could only use front door. Home was very clean. Space was as advertised. Location not close to any amenities so we had to drive to store, for takeout food, etc. would stay again if better equipped. Owners were very nice and did their best. They may be newer to VRBO so will give them another chance if ever back in Houston w large group.

Short stay

We stayed at the house for a day, the location is very close to Chinatown, which is great to us. Property manager responded us quickly. Overall is a good house to stay in.

Nice roomy home

Don't hesitate to book this property. The pictures & description is accurate! The beds were really comfortable [7 of us & no complaints on beds] The only thing that would make this home better is adding a sitting area in the back yard.

Excellent stay!

I came here with family and everyone was impressed by how clean and beautiful the house is. Our stay was pleasant and we enjoyed Mary’s home. She was quick with her responses and made sure you have everything you needed. Definitely recommend anyone who comes to Houston and need a place to stay.
