The HOA will be doing work on the building October 8th-November 30th 2024 and it could be very noisy. There will be no access to the balcony during December 2nd-January 1st and it could be very noisy.

Maravilla 1204 is a Cozy condo located in the Maravilla community just a short walk away from the white sandy beach! This unit is located on the second floor and is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo perfectly fit for your next family vacation. Located on the south end of the building which offers beautiful side views of the Gulf and beach. Plus, complimentary seasonal beach service including 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up on the beach daily for your use (March - October). The community amenities offer a private beach access, 2 pools, hot tub, gym, clubhouse, and more!


Walking straight into the condo you are acquainted by two guest rooms, one being a queen guest bedroom and the other a bunk room. The queen guest bedroom, off to the left of the entrance, offers an HDTV and has a guest bath that is shared with the bunk room that is a twin over twin bunk. Following down the hallway is a washer and dryer combo for your use during your stay. Further down the unit you are approached by the kitchen which includes stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for the family seating 4 and the dining table along side seating an additional 5 guests. Also included in the living space is an open living room area with a sleeper sofa, HDTV and walking right out to the balcony for a beachside view of the emerald coast with plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy the salt air! Just across from the kitchen is the Master King suite, including a private bathroom, HDTV and private entrance to the balcony!


Just a short walk and you can be on the pristine beaches of Destin. As an added bonus, this vacation rental condo comes with complimentary seasonal beach service including 2 chairs and 1 umbrella setup on the beach daily for your use. Seasonal beach service begins March 1st and ends October 31st. Spend your next vacation relaxing on the sugar white sands and sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico!


Maravilla is a 33 acre beach front community with 500 feet of deeded beach access. The community has gated access from US 98 and Scenic Gulf Drive. Other community features are two pools (one heated seasonally), hot tub, clubhouse with kitchen and community room, fitness room, association management on site, two tennis courts, Basketball, shuffleboard, and direct beach access to the beach and gulf. Maravilla is perfectly located to the best shopping, dining, and entertaining on the Emerald Coast.
