The Fleetwood is a fully furnished 3-story townhome featuring two bedrooms and 2.5 private bathrooms, located directly across from Starbucks. THE SPACE

Enter through a warm foyer and climb one flight of stairs to a sun soaked open floor plan with a spacious kitchen, dining, and living space. A covered back porch and designated work space also boast ample area to spread out and work/relax. The open staircase will then lead you to the third level featuring two bedrooms with their own private bathrooms, plus a laundry area. The Master bedroom offers a luxurious hotel inspired King-sized bed, tile shower, and walk-in closet. The Guest bedroom offers the same comforts in a queen with a walk-in closet and bathtub/shower combo.

Great spot minutes from downtown

Great place minutes from Bob Secours arena and downtown. Came down from Asheville for the night for a concert. Place is quiet, safe and was everything we were looking for. Very clean and easy check in process.

The Fleetwood is excellent

We stayed at The Fleetwood for a long weekend. The townhouse was beautiful, immaculate, and well-equipped. Chase is an excellent host and very responsive. It was a great experience.

Family Trip

The property was great and close to downtown. Cleanliness is important to us and the townhouse was spotless! We had plenty of room to spread out after exploring the area, and communication with Chase was great.

Great condo!

Beautiful and very clean condo ! Also very comfortable. Lots of great books to read. Super clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable! Chase our host was excellent, very responsive and welcoming! Would definitely stay there again!

Great Condo

We've stayed at this property three times while our home was being repaired, and each visit has been great. We love the house and its location, plus Chase is always quick to respond, whether by text or call. Honestly, we've had no complaints at all during our stays.

Perfect Home and neighborhood

Overall, we had a rejuvenating, perfect weekend in Greenville at this home. Owners were superb with communication and home is magazine ready and extremely cozy. Don't think twice, go ahead and book for your getaway.

Great stay!

This was our first time visiting Greenville. The city was great but our visit was made even better by staying at the Fleetwood. The decor was right out of a magazine and we had all the amenities we could have wanted or needed. Much better lodging than staying in a hotel. Chase was a great host and we would definitely stay here again.

Fleetwood fun!

SEC Weekend Getaway

this is one of the most impressive VRBO places that we have ever stayed at. From the initial communication to the checkout procedures everything ran so smoothly. The VRBO itself was gorgeous and well stocked for all of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back

Great vibe and location

Very comfortable and clean. The location is easy to get to downtown and the Swamp Rabbit trail. Plan to stay there again next time in Greenville.

Great location, with space, for exploring Greenville

The townhouse is located just beyond the central downtown district - close enough for a decent walk into town or a quick 1 minute drive. Well appointed (best spice cabinet we’ve ever seen in a rental!) with plenty of space for our family. The surrounding area and homes were very quiet - we never saw or heard another neighbor. The decor was as pictured and the beds were extremely comfortable. Note: parking is in a nearby retail lot just in front of the complex. Easy to unload your car near the townhouse but worth noting. We would stay here again.

Great experience

Such a smooth check in and easy to communicate with the host. We are in the middle of home repairs and it was so nice to see a festive christmas tree upon arrival. Everything was clean and perfect! The beds so comfy! We will stay again if needed in the future .

Felt just like home

Wow! My friends and I spent a night in Greenville and absolutely loved the townhome. So clean. So well decorated….even a beautiful Christmas tree. Very close to downtown. We walked downtown in the day and it took us less than 20 minutes. Chase was super responsive and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.

I was extremely impressed by how nice this home was and the photos online don’t do it any justice! It was exactly what I needed and I especially enjoyed listening to Adelle on the record player that perfectly matched the vibes of this home. Chase was an amazing host!!! He was always very supportive for answering all my questions and helping us get through the storm/power outages due to Hurricane Helene. Everything was fully stocked and the only thing you had to purchase was food and drinks. I would definitely stay here again.
