Beautiful 2700sq ft open floor plan home with large kitchen, sunroom, 4 level deck and covered porch with gas grill and relaxing view of Lake Hamilton. Perfect for boaters with easy access to Hulsey Public boat launch or walk out the back gate to fish on the bank or pier. Gated and locked boat parking with electrical outlets and outdoor fish cleaning station. Fire pit with seating. 3 King beds, 2 futons, 5 recliners and plenty of seating indoors and out. 65 inch smart tv in living room and 40+ inch smart tvs in all bedrooms - just bring your passwords. Outdoor games provided as well as indoor games, books, movies and puzzles for adults and kids. Great neighborhood for walking with no through traffic. We offer a 10% discount to active and retired military. Ring security cameras are in place with motion sensors on the front and back doors. Sorry - no pets allowed.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and spacious. It had all the amenities you could want in your home away from home. Kitchen was well-stocked. An amazing house with so many great amenities!

We fell in love with this house from the moment we walked in. The amenities for a “rental” home were beyond what we have ever had and was so nice. We had our large family and a smaller family, so eating in was a must and was much easier to do with all they provided. If we come back, we would definitely stay again!!

Just a little walk

The property is great! Well furnished, clean, and fully stocked. There is plenty of room for everyone and everything. Ms. Leslie was quick to respond and always helpful. The lake is across the road but a walk across the parking lot for the public boat ramp is required to get to the wharves. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Our Vacation House

My family and i had the most spectacular stay! My grandkids called this "our vacation house" Our hostess did NOT miss a detail on anything...the loaded coffee bar, welcome basket, ice tea in the fridge and popsicles in the freezer! Amazing! The house is so beautifully decorated and one of my favorite times was in the evenings sitting on the deck in a rocking chair with the wind blowing while looking at the lake. My whole family says thank you for shaing your home with us. We can't wait to come back!

Little vacation before school

This house is very nice and welcoming. Big and spacious definitely enough room for a big family. Lots of board games and outdoor games for the family to play. We all really liked that! Perfect getaway

We had never been to Hot Springs before and were looking for a place that would accommodate us and some friends. The pictures did not do this place justice! It was spacious and comfortable. Our contact was responsive anytime we had questions about the property. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Quick walk out of the back gate and you are on the lake. Also a short drive from anywhere you need to go.

Memorial Day 2024

We had a fantastic stay at the property. Secluded but close enough to town for restaurants and shopping. Loved the back gate area to park the boat and trailer when not in the water. Boat launch less than 150 yards from the house. Nothing missing inside for a family stay. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, silverware, and other items such as coffee makers, margarita machine, washer/dryer. Plenty of outdoor games and board games. Loved everything about the house. Great place to stay for a vacation.
