Host was great. He quickly remedied an issue we had getting inside. We've stayed at this condo before and loved it. Very clean. Beautiful view of Lake Hamilton from this second floor condo's balcony, living room, and main bedroom (even when the lake is drawn down from mid-Nov. to early March). Quiet area. Reserved parking for one vehicle with additional parking available. Parking area and elevator area could use more lighting at night, but overall, we felt safe. There's one step (about 6") to get on the sidewalk (no ramp). If you use a walker or wheelchair, you won't be able to get it into the hall bath, but there's plenty of room in the main bath. Love the steam shower. (So nice on a chilly day.) Beds were comfortable. (We didn't try the sofa bed.) Plenty of extra pillows, bed linens, and towels. Nice kitchen with filtered water and ice in the fridge, dishes, cookware, and both a Keurig and drip coffee makers. Smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living area. Short drive to stores and restaurants. Great place to relax.

The condo was excellent; we had the door to the balcony open most of the time, whether sitting outside or just enjoying the sounds of the lake. Everything we needed was provided. I would absolutely love to stay there again.

The property was clean and comfortable. Great view of the lake. Loved having an elevator to transport us to the 2nd floor, and it was SO nice to have a luggage cart on the premises. The pool was clean. It was in a good location to easily access shopping, restaurants and downtown Hot Springs. Thinking about returning in the Fall when the trees are changing colors.

Fancy property. Decent location. Everything in the condo is well stocked and labeled well. The owner has visitors’ comfort in mind. The condo decor is super cute and up to date. Furniture is new and comfortable. The pool area was quite lovely. I loved this condo and would rent it again. However, I recommend a new maid or housekeeping service. The floors were not clean. There were a few hair balls that I noticed within a few minutes. The floors were overall dusty, crumby, and hairy. Areas behind doors or under the couch and other furniture and rugs hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.

This was in a great location and was very nice. We didn't experience any issues, except the thermostat on the AC kept turning up by itself. We would stay here again.

Unit listing is accurate. Condo is very well stocked, towels, kitchen items, and clean. Nick was excellent to deal with and very responsive. King bed was super comfy and check in was super easy. View from balcony was great and outside dining watching sunset was amazing. Thanks Nick.

Condo unit was very well laid out with all the supplies one would need. Unit was exceptionally clean. The luggage cart was a lifesaver for loading and unloading the car. One negative (although not in the owner's realm). There is no handicap ramp to the elevators. My wife requires a walker and had trouble at the curb.

From the moment you walk in...you will have the most wonderful, relaxing visit! Every accommodation is present, Nick, the host, is Awesome, the condo is spotless & beautiful, the sunset is stunning, the location is great, the patio is so comfortable and much more....the pictures are spot on! Very nice! The condo had everything you could ask for. Linens, towels, appliances, etc. were of high quality. Nothing standard here! Immediate communication with owner/agent. I highly recommend, and I will return.

Great location!

This location is perfect. It’s located close to everything. We love the open floor plan that allows more space without feeling cramped in the Kitchen & LR. We enjoyed the pool along with fishing on the dock. Highly recommend!

Waterfront Condo by the Bridge

Very nice and clean! Appreciated all of the details in the kitchen and coffee bar. The recliners in the living room exceeded expectations! The view of the water and boats and wonderful sunset views were the best!
