Ligger på Highway Seven S. och på huvudkanalen i Lake Hamilton nära Oaklawn, marinor, restauranger och shopping. Två sovrum och två fulla bad. Öppen planlösning så att du kan se den vackra utsikten som kan ses från kök, matsal, sovrum och vardagsrum. Den delade planlösningen för privatliv i sovrumskontoret. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och en stor klädkammare. Stort master badrum med Sanna dusch och regndusch inbyggd har också dubbla fåfängar. Sovrummet har också en ingång till balkongen från befälhavaren. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng och det är ett eget separat badrum. Du kommer att njuta av vackra solnedgångar på balkongen. Detta är en tidig sommar speciell ny på marknaden.

This was in a great location and was very nice. We didn't experience any issues, except the thermostat on the AC kept turning up by itself. We would stay here again.

Fancy property. Decent location. Everything in the condo is well stocked and labeled well. The owner has visitors’ comfort in mind. The condo decor is super cute and up to date. Furniture is new and comfortable. The pool area was quite lovely. I loved this condo and would rent it again. However, I recommend a new maid or housekeeping service. The floors were not clean. There were a few hair balls that I noticed within a few minutes. The floors were overall dusty, crumby, and hairy. Areas behind doors or under the couch and other furniture and rugs hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.

Unit listing is accurate. Condo is very well stocked, towels, kitchen items, and clean. Nick was excellent to deal with and very responsive. King bed was super comfy and check in was super easy. View from balcony was great and outside dining watching sunset was amazing. Thanks Nick.

Great place to stay

Large balcony overlooking the lake. Exactly as pictured/described. Near shopping, restaurants and pontoon rentals. Very responsive host. Highly recommended.

Great location!

This location is perfect. It’s located close to everything. We love the open floor plan that allows more space without feeling cramped in the Kitchen & LR. We enjoyed the pool along with fishing on the dock. Highly recommend!

Comfortable and Clean

"PERFECT" is an Understatement!

From the moment you walk in...you will have the most wonderful, relaxing visit! Amazing Condo!

Very nice! The condo had everything you could ask for. Linens, towels, appliances, etc. were of high quality. Nothing standard here! Immediate communication with owner/agent. I highly recommend, and I will return.

Waterfront Condo by the Bridge

Very nice and clean! Appreciated all of the details in the kitchen and coffee bar. The recliners in the living room exceeded expectations! The view of the water and boats and wonderful sunset views were the best!

Great condo!

Loved the condo! Nice pool with covered pavilion and a bathroom! Well maintained complex. Very responsive host. We had an issue and he had someone there to fix it within minutes. Definitely will be back!

Reynolds'Stay

Condo unit was very well laid out with all the supplies one would need. Unit was exceptionally clean. The luggage cart was a lifesaver for loading and unloading the car. One negative (although not in the owner's realm). There is no handicap ramp to the elevators. My wife requires a walker and had trouble at the curb.

Great Stay!

This is a GORGEOUS condo with an AMAZING view! I've never seen such a beautiful bathroom in a condo. The owners were very nice and helpful. Beautiful condo

We enjoyed staying in this condo very much. Everything we needed for our stay was provided in the room including shampoo, conditioner and lotions, laundry detergent, coffee etc. The furniture was incredibly comfortable and I have never slept on a more comfortable bed. The view was lovely and we enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the sunset every afternoon. This condo is conveniently located and we were able to easily get to downtown Hot Springs, De Greys state park, Lake Catherine state park, etc. We will be staying here again next time we go to Arkansas!

Spacious, Clean, Beautiful Views

We stayed here 3 nights during Memorial weekend. The condo is very large, well stocked, super clean, and has a great layout. We loved how convenient it was to downtown Hot Springs and restaurants along the water. We went hiking and mountain bike riding, but ran out of time to boat and golf. Restaurants suggestions: Trejo’s - on the water within 3 minutes of the condo. Sit on the back deck with great water views. Fisherman’s Warf - also on the water with great water views. The Ribeye and Grilled shrimp were amazing. Rolanda’s: downtown…be sure to sit on the outdoor deck tucked in the mountain side. We got the Atkins platter…yum!! Superior Bath House Brewery- great lunch spot in downtown. We sat outside and had a great burger. Brick House - Had lunch here, also located downtown. We managed to get a spot outside on the covered deck. Burgers were outstanding. Fresh cut fries too!! (Wow! I’m realizing how much beef we ate!! Lol) All these restaurants had great menus and cool atmosphere. I would definitely recommend staying at this condo. It was awesome!!
