A beautiful property situated in the heart of this historic city. The property was clean and had everthing we needed for our stay. The decor hints at the host's artistic talent. An added convenience was the private parking space right outside the gate. We visit Frederick frequently and certainly hope to stay here again. Jack and Monica

Not only is the location incredible, situated right next to the beautiful Carroll Creek near Frederick Social, but the home is also beautifully decorated, comfortable, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay in Frederick. Parking was super easy and close, and Ashley's directions for everything were clear and easy to follow, and keyless entry was a breeze. We'll be back!

The hosts were super responsive. The Townhouse was spotless and and had all the amenities you would think to only find in hotels. Great location. A perfect place to stay in Frederick.

An absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully curated space. Super cozy, and the perfect amount of room to spend time with my two teens without feeling like we were on top of each other. All of the extras were amazing- coffee bar, bathrobe, nice TVs and electric fire place. Steps to shops and restaurants.

Best place to stay in Frederick, MD

Right in the heart of the town. The creek park was great for walking and close to shops and restaurants. Really enjoyed ourselves.

Lovely home in a perfect location

The property is so cute and is in a fabulous location. The owners were beyond nice and accommodating. We would highly recommend anyone visiting Frederick book this location. Bonus that there is a parking spot!

Great location

The house is off the beaten path but close to everything—creek/restaurants/dog park/park. Easy parking. Clean house with all of the amenities. Responsive host.

Thanks for your review Tracy although I do feel it’s misleading, and based mostly on the fact that I billed you for broken/missing items in the home (which you only paid for half) Regardless, I do wish you had communicated any issues you had during your stay vs. giving us 4 stars. Our home was rented to you immaculate, and returned in extremely dirty condition with broken glasses that I had to replace. Our home is not off the beaten path in any conceivable way, but within feet of market street (the center of our city) Please care for future houses you rent, and consider the effects your reviews have on hosts.

Great home away from home

We traveled from CO to spend the holidays with family and wanted a fun place to stay with our 2 senior dogs. It was the perfect location for walks and well lit everywhere. We enjoyed walking around downtown and exploring shops. We really loved having a dedicated parking spot too. The property is very well decorated and so clean. It was very comfortable for our 11 night stay.

Cutest Home away from home

Frederick has grown into a super adorable town and this home matched it perfectly. The city was hot but the townhome cool and had all the amenities we needed for a short visit to see local family. Highly recommend this host, so welcoming and quick to respond. Thanks!

Family road trip

We loved everything about our stay here! The owners were very welcoming and made sure our late night arrival was well lit. The area is fantastic. We get comfortable letting our teens explore the nearby shops and park unattended while my husband and I went for a leisurely walk along the canal.

Girlfriends Weekend

We had a wonderful time! Ashley and Richard have done a wonderful job with this property. Beautifully decorated and inviting. Frederick is such a cute town with great shopping and restaurants. We had the additional benefit of great weather. Lovely breezes during the day with rain holding on until the evening. Would absolutely recommend!

Good location. Friendly hosts.

Hosts are friendly and responsive. Very clean. Location couldn’t be any better. Note. Senior citizens (like us) will have a hard time with the stairs. No amenities missing. Beautiful outdoor patio area. Private parking space. We will be back.

Wonderful stay in Frederick!

We had a great stay at Ashley and Richard's townhouse. Beautifully renovated while maintaining the original charm. Location could not be better, right off the creek promenade with all the restaurants and shops in the historic downtown area just a short walk away. Don't forget to enjoy a stroll in beautiful Baker Park. The house was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc, allowing us to cook a few meals during our stay. Several nights we enjoyed the fire pit in the beautiful garden area. The dedicated parking spot was a bonus for the downtown area. Would highly recommend staying at this property!

Small town getaway

This place was lovely. I loved the decor and all the thoughtful details that went into this home. Ashley was very kind and responsive to any questions we had about the area and had many wonderful suggestions on places to eat and visit. The location is walking distance from everything you could possibly want to do in town bars,restaurants, and tons of shopping. We didnt have ro drive anywhere!! Will definitely return.
