Jag växte upp i Potomac, MD och flyttade till Frederick 1999 i cirka 6 år och älskade det !!! Det är min favoritlilla stad. Jag bodde också i SoCal i 11 år och Hawaii i ett år, men kommer alltid tillbaka till Frederick. Historiska byggnader i centrum har alltid fascinerat mig och jag älskar att återställa dem tillbaka till deras ursprungliga skönhet.
Jag var i konstruktion i cirka 15 år och älskade arbetet, men hatade de långa timmarna. Jag gifte mig 2017. Vi älskar att resa runt i världen och lära oss om andra kulturer och träffa nya människor. Min fru och jag är nätverksmarknadsförare på heltid och älskar den frihet som det tillåter oss och älskar att hjälpa andra att bygga en sidojobb Jag hoppas att du tycker om våra hem så mycket som vi gör.

Friendly and Communicative

Danny sent recommendations and was very kind and communicative both before and during our stay. The place was SO cute, and I’d absolutely consider coming back, as this was more of a staycation (I live in DC). Definitely recommend staying here!

Easy walk to historic downtown

This townhouse is clean and well appointed. It’s only a short walk to the heart of Fredericks restaurant scene. We will stay here again.

This is the one you are looking for

This property is cozy, comfortable and very close to downtown. All the amenities we ended up needing (dishes, wine opener, wine glasses, shampoo and conditioner) were included. If I come back to visit Frederick, I'll definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Really great location to enjoy everything that downtown Frederick has to offer! Quiet street with lots or available parking an convenient walk to bars, restaurants, breweries, and the creek. This was the perfect place for my family to stay while visiting.

Tasteful decorated in great location

This place is perfect! Nice location for a fun getaway for the gals. We walked everywhere for great food, drinks, and shopping.. Great host too!

Good stay near heart of downtown

We were in town for a wedding. This accommodation was perfectly located near the highway exits and conveniently close to downtown without worry of lots of circling of the downtown’s one way street. Will be back.

Perfect little gem

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very well appointed clean and a perfect set up for our family. It was exactly as advertised and we highly recommend this place especially if you want a break from a hotel. It is walking distance to Main Street and in a nice quiet location. We will definitely be back.

Great Place in a Great Location

My wife and I had a weekend getaway with no kids. This property was beautiful! It was clean, well decorated, and cozy with a great location. We easily walked to restaurants in the downtown area. We would definitely stay here again.

We so enjoyed this cozy house for our holiday trip to visit family. The backyard yard was perfect for our granddaughters run & play on the manicured lawn. The house had everything we needed especially the kitchen where we cook daily! The location is exceptional… we walked everywhere. Parking was available right in front of the house too! We definitely will be returning on our next trip to beautiful Frederick, MD

Great Location in Frederick

Great little place to stay in Frederick for a couple or small family. House was clean and up to date with good Wi-Fi and well set up kitchen. Best part was being able to walk into the center of town for shops and restaurants in 5 minutes! Highly recommended!!

Perfect location for walking to downtown

Great location, super clean, well appointed and all of this comes with an exceptional host! Danny is a great communicator and goes above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. Beds are comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Danny also provided local recommendations for restaurants etc.

We had a great time in Frederick. The house is nice and well- located. Parking was easy and we could walk to restaurants and shops in the area. The host was very responsive. I would recommend staying here

I grew up in Montgomery County Maryland, moved to Frederick in 1999 for about 6 years and fell in love with the small town feel. I lived Southern California for 11 yrs and then moved to Hawaii, but always come back to visit Frederick. My home away from home. Have always loved the historic buildings in Frederick and I love restoring them back to their original beauty for others to enjoy.
I was in construction for about 15 yrs and loved the work, but didn't like the long hours. I walked away from construction and have been a full-time network marketer and real estate investor since the early 2000s. I got married in 2017 to an amazing woman and we decided to move to the Dallas area. My wife and I enjoy traveling around the world, exploring new places and learning about different cultures . Life is meant to be lived and have fun with the people you love!
I hope you enjoy our unique properties as much as we do.

I loved the quiet artsy street this house was on. I needed a lot of love. I knew it was a diamond in the rough. This property was completely renovated in 2018. It is walking distance to the canal and lots of restaurants and bars. Its so easy to get around from the house. The house is super cozy and feels very comfortable.The street is quiet but very colorful and artsy looking. Kinda tucked away in its own little area.

This house is totally brand new. Renovated down to the studs and super clean. The house is super close to downtown Frederick. If you have never been to Frederick before you are in for a treat! There are so many great restaurants, theaters, bars, and lots of shops to keep you busy. It really is the small town feel.
