Kom och bo på denna STORA 3BR 2BA rad hem och njut av allt som Downtown Frederick har att erbjuda från detta centrala läge. Dra fördel av ett av de stora festivalerna eller evenemangen i Frederick County, eller rätt i Frederick centrum på Creek. Perfekt för affärsresenärer eller för en weekendresa! Kabel och WIFI. 2 parkeringsplatser direkt bakom huset.

Vårt hem byggdes 1860 och har originella trägolv i hela, ett formellt vardagsrum och matsal på huvudnivån och ett fullt användbart kök. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare är utanför köket om det behövs. Det finns ett fullt bad på huvudnivån och fullt bad på den övre nivån. På övervåningen har du 3 bra sovrum och ett av rummen har våningssängar. Det bakre rummet har en privat balkong med utsikt över uteplatsen vilket är trevligt (se bilder).

Lyssna på någon av Alive at Five-evenemangen direkt från balkongen eller i trädgården.

En av mina favoritfunktioner är trädgårdsområdet som är helt inhägnad och har en stor uteplats. Detta är ett fantastiskt område att sitta och koppla av och njuta av Downtown Living. Trädgårdsområdet känns mer som en inställning av en enklavtyp som backar mot Carroll Creek och Frederick centrum.

Från den här platsen kan du gå 1 kvarter norrut till "Serenity" som nyligen öppnades och är en central mataffär / Deli ... om du behöver något under din vistelse.

Detta är också ett fantastiskt område att ta med din cykel, eller ta en lång promenad och utforska Downtown Frederick, Baker Park, Shab Row, etc! Ett kvarter öster om denna fastighet är Frederick Visitation Center och de har gott om litteratur och information om alla händelser som pågår i hela Frederick centrum under hela året eller besök deras webbplats

Great location and comfortable common spaces. Owner was responsive when we had an electrical problem. Beds seemed smaller than the advertised queen-size but mattresses were comfortable.

This is a lovely Frederick home. Hopefully we can stay here for a full weekend next time. It was perfect for a quick buddies golf trip and allowed for walking to Frederick nightlife on the creek.

Downtown Frederick townhouse

comfortable, clean and charming townhouse in the heart of downtown Frederick. I especially liked the decor (including a pac man that really works!) and the landscaped outdoor area with seating.

Very Successful Wedding Weekend

We were in town as part of the bridal party for a wedding and this space was perfect. Immediate access to downtown (and the venue), very clean property with ample space for our small group. Aaron was incredibly helpful in arranging our booking and even provided recommendations (Bakehouse was superb).

Wedding trip

We spent a weekend in Frederick for a niece’s wedding. The location of this VRBO is the most fantastic thing about it! Could not have been any more convenient. It is historic property. With that comes a little bit of age, but it is well equipped and fairly comfortable. Would definitely stay there again if I went back to Frederick.

Great stay, great location

We stayed a week for April vacation, and the apartment was perfectly located for day trips to all historic locations. The house was very quaint and clean and the location next to Carroll Creek in downtown Frederick couldn’t be beat. It was just a short walk to all shops and restaurants, and we would definitely return. A perfect stay for Civil War buffs!

4th of July Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful time. Within walking distance to Baker Park where they had a festival and fireworks. Great location to enjoy all of Market Street too. We will be coming back soon.

Beautiful location!

The location was absolutely perfect! We were right next to the water walkway and we were able to walk to dinner on market street. Only issue we ran into was check in but after reaching out to the host they quickly rectified it.

Historic townhouse in a perfect location in downtown Frederick

This is a super comfortable historic home in a perfect location to enjoy a visit to downtown Frederick! It is very well appointed and Aaron was a very responsive host. Especially enjoyed the two staircases, the comfortable living areas, the large private patio area and the Pacman game! Would definitely stay here again!

Convenient to the Creek!

Perfect location for a friends' weekend reunion. Steps out the back door to the creek with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants. Extra bonus that there was a great artist fair along the creek while we were there. Definitely a prime location to be in the center of it all!

Great Stay! Wonderful Location!

A perfect location in Frederick. The Carroll Creek Canal is right behind the house and is beautifull! Aaron gave us excellent recommendations as to where to visit and eat. The house is older but clean, tidy and comfortable. We did use the kitchen to cook and gave Aaron a few pointers to improve what he had for utensils. Overall, I would come back again. Thanks Aaron

The property was very well located and clean. It seemed to need some refreshing with peeling paint, missing knob, insulation stuffed in windows and limited kitchen equipment Bathrooms as mentioned by others were a challenge.

Historic Downtown Frederick. Truly in the heart of a vibrant downtown location. Literally, just steps away to the creek and all the Carroll Creek Promenade and Downtown Frederick Partnership has to offer throughout the year. You will not be disappointed in this location! 1.5 block walk to Frederick Visitation Center. Within one block north of here you are at the square corner in Downtown Frederick and get to anywhere by foot.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

One of my favorite features is the backyard area which is fully fenced and has a large patio. This is a great area to sit and relax and enjoy Downtown Living. The backyard area feels more of like an enclave type setting which backs towards Carroll Creek and Downtown Frederick.
