Kom och bo pÄ denna STORA 3BR 2BA rad hem och njut av allt som Downtown Frederick har att erbjuda frÄn detta centrala lÀge. Dra fördel av ett av de stora festivalerna eller evenemangen i Frederick County, eller rÀtt i Frederick centrum pÄ Creek. Perfekt för affÀrsresenÀrer eller för en weekendresa! Kabel och WIFI. 2 parkeringsplatser direkt bakom huset.

VÄrt hem byggdes 1860 och har originella trÀgolv i hela, ett formellt vardagsrum och matsal pÄ huvudnivÄn och ett fullt anvÀndbart kök. TvÀttmaskin och torktumlare Àr utanför köket om det behövs. Det finns ett fullt bad pÄ huvudnivÄn och fullt bad pÄ den övre nivÄn. PÄ övervÄningen har du 3 bra sovrum och ett av rummen har vÄningssÀngar. Det bakre rummet har en privat balkong med utsikt över uteplatsen vilket Àr trevligt (se bilder).

En av mina favoritfunktioner Àr trÀdgÄrdsomrÄdet som Àr helt inhÀgnad och har en stor uteplats. Detta Àr ett fantastiskt omrÄde att sitta och koppla av och njuta av Downtown Living. TrÀdgÄrdsomrÄdet kÀnns mer som en instÀllning av en enklavtyp som backar mot Carroll Creek och Frederick centrum.

FrÄn den hÀr platsen kan du gÄ 1 kvarter norrut till "Serenity" som nyligen öppnades och Àr en central mataffÀr / Deli ... om du behöver nÄgot under din vistelse.

Detta Àr ocksÄ ett fantastiskt omrÄde att ta med din cykel, eller ta en lÄng promenad och utforska Downtown Frederick, Baker Park, Shab Row, etc! Ett kvarter öster om denna fastighet Àr Frederick Visitation Center och de har gott om litteratur och information om alla hÀndelser som pÄgÄr i hela Frederick centrum under hela Äret eller besök deras webbplats

My family of five adults and one newborn were in town for a couple of nights for a wedding. It was conveniently located and great to have two coveted parking spots! The first morning I took our family dog Luna, a miniature dachshund for a walk along Caroll Creek, which was lovely. We even walked to where my sister-in-law was staying on Clarke Place. We found everything that we needed including a lovely patio area for breakfast. It was convenient to do a load of wash as newborns can be a little messy.When we arrived, everything was clean and tidy. There was even a beautiful bouquet of red roses on the dining room table that made us feel even more welcome.

Check-in was smooth and easy. Everything was clean. We had an issue with the wifi but the host responded quickly and resolved the problem. The location is excellent, within walking distance to lots of restaurants and breweries. Twin Bears Bakery should not be missed. The parking in the back was very appreciated. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. We certainly will stay there again.

Overnight Stay

The location was great for our quick stay. We enjoyed walking to a nearby restaurant for dinner. I especially like all the fun decorations throughout the house. Thank you for hosing!

Historical property on Carroll Creek

House backs up to the creek walk making walking to many destinations very easy. It was cool learning the history of the house. The 2 parking spaces were a huge help. Would stay again!

Great location and comfortable common spaces. Owner was responsive when we had an electrical problem. Beds seemed smaller than the advertised queen-size but mattresses were comfortable.

Downtown Frederick townhouse

comfortable, clean and charming townhouse in the heart of downtown Frederick. I especially liked the decor (including a pac man that really works!) and the landscaped outdoor area with seating.

Wedding trip

We spent a weekend in Frederick for a niece’s wedding. The location of this VRBO is the most fantastic thing about it! Could not have been any more convenient. It is historic property. With that comes a little bit of age, but it is well equipped and fairly comfortable. Would definitely stay there again if I went back to Frederick.

Very Successful Wedding Weekend

We were in town as part of the bridal party for a wedding and this space was perfect. Immediate access to downtown (and the venue), very clean property with ample space for our small group. Aaron was incredibly helpful in arranging our booking and even provided recommendations (Bakehouse was superb).

Great Stay! Wonderful Location!

A perfect location in Frederick. The Carroll Creek Canal is right behind the house and is beautifull! Aaron gave us excellent recommendations as to where to visit and eat. The house is older but clean, tidy and comfortable. We did use the kitchen to cook and gave Aaron a few pointers to improve what he had for utensils. Overall, I would come back again. Thanks Aaron

I am born and raised in Frederick MD and my family has deep roots dating back to the mid 1700's in this area. As a REALTOR, I enjoy showing and selling all that Downtown Frederick has to offer. Frederick has so much to offer and I would love to share with you if needed. I am very accessible for any questions and/or recommendations you may have. My granddad was born on East All Saints Street so I have a little bit more passion for this home and area.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Historic Downtown Frederick. Truly in the heart of a vibrant downtown location. Literally, just steps away to the creek and all the Carroll Creek Promenade and Downtown Frederick Partnership has to offer throughout the year. You will not be disappointed in this location! 1.5 block walk to Frederick Visitation Center. Within one block north of here you are at the square corner in Downtown Frederick and get to anywhere by foot.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

One of my favorite features is the backyard area which is fully fenced and has a large patio. This is a great area to sit and relax and enjoy Downtown Living. The backyard area feels more of like an enclave type setting which backs towards Carroll Creek and Downtown Frederick.
