Have a blast in the well-outfitted game room and amenity-rich backyard featuring a pickleball court, fire pit, grill, kids’ recreation area, and more. You’ll love this big-group headquarters with virtually every convenience, including a gourmet kitchen, library, washer/dryer, workspace, and 3 TVs.

⚠️ The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Please note that pool availability is subject to weather conditions.

Pool and Pickleball Notes:
The heated pool and pickleball court were completed in October 2024. Please note that some photos currently include renderings of the pickleball court, pool water, and lounge chairs due to the late-season installation. Colors and details may vary slightly from renderings. There may or may not be a fence around the pool.

The Space

Enter this expansive, 4,400-square-foot gem and step into the entryway, where you can choose to check out the library or head through a sitting area to the spacious living room. Settle into the overstuffed, comfy seating and enjoy a blazing fire in the stone fireplace as you watch your favorite shows and sports.

Prep and cook delicious meals in the large, fully equipped kitchen, with cabinets full of cookware and a pantry stocked with dishware. You’ll love the many features, such as a hanging pot-and-pan rack, island, double ovens, 8-burner 60” cast-iron cooktops, and an array of small appliances, including Keurig and regular coffee makers, Kitchenaid stand mixer, Vitamix blender, 4-slice toaster, pizza oven, and more—everything you need to ensure your group is well-fed!

When the meal is ready, gather the group just a few steps away in the dining area, with a large 20-foot (!) farm-style dining table and plenty of extra guest chairs. French doors here open to the living room. Or choose outdoor dining options – dining tables on the three-level deck and a picnic table on the grounds.

The group will discover loads of fun in the game room with a pool table, ping-pong table, dartboard, foosball, air hockey, TV, and a large fridge, along with plush seating and beanbag chairs.

In the book-filled library, you’ll find a secluded, well-lit spot to read in a comfy armchair, as well as a secretary desk for any remote-work needs. Enjoy a lovely, wooded view through the windows flanking the desk.

On the main level, you’ll also find a convenient half bath in the entryway, as well as the main floor bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom privately located behind the library.

Step outside through the sliding patio doors with a sweeping view of the lush green canopy and discover plenty of gathering places and activities. Barbecue on the propane grill. Unwind and soak your stresses away in the hot tub. Stretch out in the hammock in a shady spot. Play a round on the pickleball court or relax in a lounge chair by the heated pool. Kids will love the rustic playground with swings and a log seesaw. Grab a bicycle and go for a ride. Gather ‘round the in-ground fire pit. Or head to the beach – with access just a 5-minute walk away!

After a full day exploring all that South Haven has to offer, enjoying the beach, or just taking in the property’s abundant amenities, head to bed in your choice of six bedrooms, all but one of them with en-suite bathrooms.

Sleeping Arrangements

Bedroom 1: Main floor: (1) Queen bed, storage options, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 2: Upper level: (1) King bed, storage, and en-suite with a soaking tub and shower.
Bedroom 3: Upper level: (1) Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 4: Upper level: (1) Queen bed and an en-suite with a shower.
Bedroom 5: Upper level: (1) Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 6: Lower level: (1) Queen bed and (1) loveseat with a fold-out twin bed. A full bathroom on the lower level is just steps down the hall.
Lower level living room/game area: (1) Queen sleeper sofa.
You’ll also love the convenience of a large washer and dryer.

As your host, it’s our goal to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home.

This property requires a deposit and rental agreement to be signed.

* No more than 2 dogs allowed. * Please do not wear shoes inside the home. * No parties or events, an extra $500 cleaning fee will be applied if a party is thrown. * Check-in is at 4PM or after by accessing a key through a lockbox and check-out is at 10AM. Guest agrees that failure to vacate the premises within the specified timeframe or at the end of the Guest’s scheduled stay shall be deemed trespassing, and Owner shall be afforded all protections, rights, and remedies available at law or in equity to any property owner against a trespasser. In addition, Guest shall incur a fee of $150 per hour for each hour Guest remains on the premises. The hourly fee shall accrue without limitation, be invoiced daily, and become immediately due and payable upon receipt of the invoice. * Please observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am out of respect for our neighbors. * There is no smoking or vaping in the house. If you smoke outside, please pick up the butts and dispose of safely. * The base cleaning fee covers basic cleaning. Additional fees may apply if anything is damaged by more than “normal wear and tear” by dirt, spills, bodily fluids, etc. for using extra cleaning methods. * For your convenience, we have left detergent for both the dishwasher and washing machine. * If anything is broken or damaged or simply isn't working properly, please let us know ASAP.

It is always recommended that you get travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.

Hot tub Rules
-Please shower before and after using the hot tub to protect linens.
-Use at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. We are not responsible for accidents or injury.
-Local ordinances require the hot tub cover be replaced and securely strapped when not in use to prevent entry by young children and to keep it heated.
-Spa cover is not designed to support weight. Please do not stand or sit on hot tub cover.
-Do not enter if the temperature is above 104 F-No glass in or near hot tub-No jumping, diving or pets-Limit your hot tub time to 15 min and cool off before using again. Long exposure may result in nausea, dizziness or fainting.
-Warning: Please consult a physician before using if you are elderly, pregnant, have diabetes, heart disease, high or low blood pressure, any illness or if taking prescription medications.
-Please do not use hot tub if you have diarrhea or any disease transmittable by water.
-Do not use under the influence of alcohol or narcotics.
-No children under the age of 5 should use the hot tub, they are much more prone to overheating.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Please adhere to the following pool rules and warnings to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone:

- No lifeguard on duty
– Swim at your own risk.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in and around the pool, including the backyard.
- No running, pushing, or rough play in or around the pool area.
- No diving or jumping into the pool.
- No glass containers in the pool area – Use plastic or shatterproof alternatives.
- Pool hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM – No swimming outside of these hours.
- Proper swimwear is required – No cut-offs, jeans, or street clothes.
- Please shower before entering the pool to remove lotions, oils, and sunscreen.
- No pets allowed in the pool or pool area.
- Keep the pool area clean – Dispose of trash in designated receptacles.
- No smoking in or around the pool area.
- No excessive noise or loud music – Be considerate neighbors.
- Maximum occupancy of 12 in the pool area must be observed.
- In case of emergency, call 911 and notify the property manager immediately.

Please only flush toilet paper. Feminine Hygiene products, paper towels, q-tips, baby wipes, flushable wipes, cotton balls etc. need to be disposed of in the wastebasket.

No video productions without written consent from property owner.

Wooded areas and areas outside of the immediate lawn may contain poison ivy. Please stay in yard for your own safety.
