Welcome to Romar House 903B, a spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom getaway overlooking the Gulf of Mexico!

With calming décor and breathtaking views from the 9th floor, this property comfortably accommodates 8 guests. Relax in the beachy living room or whip up meals in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a private balcony, while two guest bedrooms ensure everyone's comfort with a queen in one room and two double beds in the second guest room.

Romar House amenities include outdoor pools, swim up covered gazebo, BBQ area, and tennis courts. Book now for an unforgettable retreat in Orange Beach!

The manicured landscaping, palms trees, and gated entrance will have you returning year after year.

Two parking passes only are provided per reservation. One parking place is marked with the property number in the covered parking area.

No trailers, boats, jet skis, or campers are allowed parking at Romar House.

Additional parking for other vehicles/trailers/ etc., will need to be arranged off site and are not included in the rental pricing.

*** The HOA of Romar House will embark on a significant project, replacing the northside exterior railings for 1 and 6-stack units in the A and B buildings. This endeavor, starting on 04/15/24, is expected to last approximately six weeks.

***Two parking passes only are provided per reservation; the cost is $120.00 for both passes. One parking place is marked with the property number in the covered parking area. Please note that the cost of parking passes is set by the HOA and is subject to change without notice.

Family Beach Trip

It was a very nice condo. I loved all the blue accents! The rooms were nicely arranged. Having 2 bathrooms were great! We used the washers & dryers so we had clean clothes to take back. The fan/light fixture in the living room didn’t work. The TV didn’t work after Tuesday. The patio was a bit crowded with all the chairs, table & 2 couches. I loved the couches the most! Very comfortable! There were plenty of mugs, plates, glasses, etc. I would definitely rent it again! My family would love to rent it again in the future! It was also easy the check out!
