Domus Regola Luxury Apartment – Campo De Fiori

Luxury apartment located just a few steps from Piazza Campo de Fiori and Piazza Navona, in the heart of the luxurious and artistic historic center of Rome. A place full of colors, flavors and a lot of history.

Every morning the nearby piazza Campo De Fiori comes alive thanks to one of the most beautiful and unique fresh markets in Rome. In this fantastic place you can buy the best culinary delicacies the city has to offer.

The neighborhood is also full of gourmet restaurants, artisan shops and many artists specializing in painting and sculpture. Because of its uniqueness it can be considered a small village inside the city of Rome. The unique narrow streets and the characteristic architecture of the buildings make this district one of the most attractive in Rome.

Despite being within walking distance of the market, the apartment street and the small square in front of it are very quiet and peaceful. Mainly pedestrians. Also, very safe as there is a local police station just 100 meters away.

The apartment is located on the Italian second floor of a very nice building with no elevator. There are precisely 21 steps from the ground floor till the apartment level. At check-in and check-out, I'll be happy to help all my guests with their luggage.

The whole apartment building is residential. There are no offices but only homes of people who live in the historic center of Rome.

The windows of the apartment overlook two sides of the building, guaranteeing continuous brightness from the morning until the last hours of the afternoon: The bedroom windows overlook the internal courtyard of the building, the living and dining room windows overlook the street behind the building. Both these areas are very quiet.

The apartment has been recently renovated, the interiors are spacious, furnished with care and very bright from the morning till the late afternoon. Each room is equipped with attention to the smallest details, from the terracotta tiles floor to the style furniture. The apartment is also equipped with an armored door and, in order to guarantee maximum silence inside the apartment, all windows are equipped with double glazing.

All the rooms are equipped with Air condition, independent heating and High-speed Wi-Fi internet access.

When you enter the apartment, you find yourself in a corridor that leads up to the living room, kitchen and dining room to the right and bedroom and bathroom on the left.
In the living room you will find a large and comfortable sofa, which becomes a standard double bed with orthopedic mattress (7 inches thick), a single sofa bed and a 55” led television.

Continuing on the right after the living room, you will find the dining room with a large dinner table that can accommodate up to 5 guests.

The kitchen comes with gas stoves, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, freezer, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker (Caps included), Italian MOKA coffee maker, wide selection of teas, pans, pots, blender, chopping board, kitchen knives and all the necessary utensils to cook.

The bedroom is equipped with a king size bed with orthopedic mattress (16 inches thick) with an additional 6 inches topper to ensure maximum comfort. Two selections of pillows: feather and memory foam.

Fully equipped bathroom with: shower, sink, hair dryer, make-up mirror, amenity kit, soap, shampoo, q-tips, cotton pads for removing makeup, washing machine, drying rack and hairdryer. The entire surface of the bathroom is in pure Italian marble.
The apartment is also equipped with a small terrace with an internal view of the courtyard (table with 2 chairs).
It is possible to access the terrace both from the main corridor of the apartment and from a French door in the bedroom.

The internet connection of the apartment has just been recently upgraded to fiber optics with a speed of up to 1 GB per second. The TV in the apartment is equipped with Chromecast, Netflix, Disney Channel, Prime Video and international streaming channels.

The apartment is also equipped with numerous spaces where it is possible to store objects and clothes: 2 spacious wardrobes located in the corridor and a second two-level wardrobe in the anteroom of the bedroom.

The apartment will be rented, cleaned and sanitized according to the strictest hygiene standards. With all beds made (sofa-bed excluded), including all sheets (including the one for the 2 sofa-bed), pillows and all blankets.

Each guest will have a complete set of towels (Big, medium and small). Extra set of towels will also be available in the bathroom.

The apartment is equipped with a washing machine (located in the bathroom) and there is also a coin laundry 5 minutes’ walk from the apartment address.
The washing machine does not dry. There are 2 drying racks in the apartment: a heated one located in the bathroom (managed by the apartment heating system) and another larger foldable one located in the bedroom closet.
