Welcome to Ventura - a wonderful seaside community for those that love to sunbathe, surf, paddle board, bike ride, and even hike! Set in the heart of the beach neighborhood of the Ventura Keys, Pineapple Palms is a townhouse style apartment walking distance (1 1/2 blocks) to the Pacific Ocean. Not only are you walkable to the beach, you are close to Starbucks, grocery store, bank, laundromat, restaurants, and shops.

Comfortable house in a great location

Great Mini-Vacation

My family just needed to get out of town for a short vacation on short notice. After a little research, we decided to go to Ventura, close enough to home, but far enough to feel like a vacation. This was the perfect fit. We loved the home, the closeness to the beach, the proximity to everything Ventura has to offer. Coming from the LA area, it was so nice to be able to get around with everything just a 10-15 minute drive away. Weather could have been a little warmer, but that's nobody's fault. Overall, a really enjoyable short stay in a very nice and relaxed location.

Great home lovely location

Stayed with husband, 8yr old and 76yr old. Place was exceptionally clean and good size rooms with comfy beds and plenty of towels. Kitchen had all we needed and location is a ahort walk to the beach

Great spot

The townhouse style worked well for us, beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We walked to the beach a few times, super convenient. Nice and airy, bright bedrooms and clean all around. It was chilly while we there so we didn’t get to enjoy the balcony but it looks comfortable.

Perfect!!

Great property and completely as advertised. Perfect location to walk to the beach with several close restaurant choices. Also walking distance to the grocery store and Starbucks which is a huge plus. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again soon!!!

My family and i had a womderful weekend at Pineapple Palms!! Beautifully decorated home with incredible views and especially loved being so close to the beach. Highly recommend and hope to return again in the future.

So Homey!

This is our second Thanksgiving trip to Pineapple Palms, and Natalie welcomed us back with goodies to start off our holiday. It was so thoughtful! We hope to come back again!

Nice with little improvement options

The location is perfect and there is nothing to really complain. It's 1.5 instead of 2 bathrooms, but I think that's a VRBO issue. A renovation of the shower would definitely be a benefit. And the price is high like everywhere in this area. Natalie was super nice and understanding and it is really a nice place very close to the beach in a good neighborhood.

Incredible stay by the sea with all the amenities you would need in a home away from home

This place is so cute and spacious. The patio was inviting for morning coffee and there is also a paved walkway down the street that goes along the harbor for walking in the neighborhood. My husband and I worked remotely here for a week, the WIFI worked well and this place met all of our needs! The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/salt/oil... and there are some chairs/beach towels to enjoy at the beach. My only recommendation to other travelers would be to bring some earplugs or a sound machine as the walls are thin, the bed a little squeaky and noise carries throughout the house. But don't let that deter you from booking your stay - this place is awesome!

Clean and perfectly furnished!

Unit was very clean, well maintained, updated, and decorated nicely. Kitchen was well stocked so we could cook all meals there. Dedicated driveway parking. Walking distance to beach (currently shut down to contamination.) Unfortunately someone tried to siphon our fuel overnight. Not sure if it was a neighborhood thing. Shower had a couple issues-drain was clogged prior to our first use and backed up into tub with each use, and shower stall leaked onto bathroom floor due to a gap in door slider tray. We mopped it up after each visit. But shower was clean, and great toiletries were provided! Overall, I would stay here again!!
