Ligger på en av de mest önskvärda banorna i Pierpont Beach, bara 10 hus från sanden, har denna nyligen renoverade, envåningshus, bungalow med alla bekvämligheter för din avkopplande semester. Detta klassiska strandhus, som omges av en privat trädgård och privat stängsel på en lugn familjeorienterad strandgränd, har ett gourmetkök, apparater i rostfritt stål, diskmaskin, bortskaffning, kaffebryggare, små apparater och filtrerat dricksvatten.

De enda våningar öppen planlösning, takfönster och vitkalkade trägolv skapar en ljus-och luftiga, lugn atmosfär. Kombinationen vardagsrum / matrum / kontor har gott om sittplatser och en ny 50 tums platt-TV som betjänas av kabel. Det stora sovrummet har en ny king size-säng och badkar med duschkabin. Det andra sovrummet tre i en våningssäng (full storlek säng på botten / enkelsäng ovanpå) sover, och innehåller en platt-TV. Detta sovrum betjänas av en intilliggande badrum med badkar / dusch combo. Höghastighets WiFi finns tillgängligt hela. Fastigheten har en 2-bil carport och ytterligare parkeringsplatser framför huset.

Kliv ut på den privata däck för att koppla av i solen och njuta av panoramautsikt över bergen och Peek-a-boo utsikt över stranden. Huvuddäcket är utrustat med en eldplats, 4-stols uteplats, paraply och olika bekväma stolar. Den privata bakuteplatsen bredvid köket har en gas-BBQ och bistrobord med stolar. Den heta och kalla utomhusduschen ligger bara några steg från utsidan av entréen till 1/2 bad och tvättstuga, perfekt för snabb tillgång till stranden utan att spåra sand.

Egenskapen är inte bara inom gångavstånd från den vackra stranden, men också till den pittoreska Pierpont shoppingområdet erbjuder restauranger, drycker, och yoghurt, surfa, och kaféer. Också några kvarter bort är en stor Vons stormarknad, donut shop, Starbucks, cykelaffär, kör butik, tvättomat, etc. Vandrings- och cykelleder finns i närheten, och missa inte de fantastiska solnedgångarna och utsikten över öarna från stranden!

A Breezy Salt & Sea Vacation

The house is so cozy and only a couple of blocks from the beach. The owners were very nice to deal with and we definitely want to stay here again!

Perfect house in a great location!

We loved everything about this house! Bright and comfortable with a charming yard, well-appointed kitchen, and very comfortable. Location is great, only steps from the beach and a short drive into town. Laura was an excellent host. We'll be back!

Great beach house

My mother and I really enjoyed our stay at this beach house. The neighborhood is really quiet and cute, and the beach is just a block away. The house itself is very clean and has everything you could need for a perfect stay. We and our dogs loved sitting on the deck in the sun, as well as exploring the neighborhood (the little village of Pierpont and Marina Park - all walkable). The owner was easy to communicate with and she obviously takes great care of this beach house. Highly recommend!

Early Christmas Celebration Weekend

For the past 6 years, I rent a Ventura beach house for an early family Christmas weekend. Family from Solvang to San Diego meet up with our Ventura family members to celebrate and enjoy time together. This was the first time we rented the Beach Bungalow. It was exceptional! Although a little further from the beach than other stays, it was perfect! Clean, nice decor and outdoor deck and seating, comfy beds and furniture, well stocked kitchen with dishes, utensils, cookware, condiments, etc. The hostess was super communicative and accommodating. No stress. Full fun! We'd love to return next year.

Once again, a great stay!

Laura continues to amaze me with her personable, kind, and generous disposition. She is the most attentive host I have ever dealt with, and staying at this home is oh so easy. My 86 yo mom is able to climb the total of two steps to get in home ( one being the “stoop” at door), and there are no tripping hazards for mobility issues. Location is super excellent, furnishings good, beds comfortable, plenty of supplies/kitchen ware, etc. Night lights, too - which is very nice when in a new setting! We will be back!

Lovely Beach Retreat.

Perfect weekend stay. The house was cute, in a great location, and newly remodeled. Laura the owner allowed is to arrive a little early and we enjoyed every minute. Many extras were there including a pack and play for my grandson, many supplies beyond the Verbo norm, even cruiser bikes which we didn't use this time but may next time. I would definitely stay here again. Very quiet and relaxing neighborhood too.

Great home in perfect location!

This is our second stay and we would love to return. The home is clean, comfortable, and beautiful. It has everything you need for a small family. The house is close to the beach and walking distance to great restaurants. We loved the hot/cold outdoor shower after getting chilly and sandy at the beach. The owner keeps the house stocked with lots of shampoo and conditioner and even some extras like condiments! The ownder is very nice and responsive to requests.

Beach Bungalow in Pierpont Beach

The bungalow was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. It was recently renovated. The bungalow was about 3 miles to the Channel Island National Park Visitor Center. We were able to just walk down the road to the beach to watch the sunset…beautiful

Pierpont Beach bungalow

The bungalow was perfect for our son's wedding weekend. The bungalow was spacious, clean and a perfect location to accommodate our needs. It was a huge plus for us that it was dog friendly, has private parking and walking distance to the beach. We truly had a wonderful time and highly recommend the bungalow to other visitors!

Beautiful Beach Property

We stayed at Laura’s beach house while we were in town for the Ventura marathon. The house was clean, well-stocked with kitchen items and outdoor chairs, and so close to the beach. The fire pit was an added plus for making s’mores one night. Neighborhood was quiet at night and within walking distance to several local restaurants, which we ate at. Definitely would stay there again and communication with Laura was quick and easy.

Beach House Sanctuary

Laura is the hostess with the mostess. Thoughtful, kind, and the listing is devine- calm colors, serene (nearly) beachfront property next to a darling elementary school where kids have PE on the sand! Sunset beach walks were the best - even with the winter breeze. We also enjoyed the nearby thrifting opportunities (Main Street), the yogurt shop (walkable), and a short drive (30 min) day trip to visit friends in Santa Barbara.

Perfect Family Beach House

Fantastic stay! The owner had excellent communication, and the house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and tucked in a quiet neighborhood. I would absolutely love to stay here again!

Originally from from the east coast, my husband and I are 3-decades long residents of Ventura. We are small business owners, my husband focusing on Jersey Mike's Subs stores while I manage the beach rental. We live less than 2 miles from Pierpont.

We originally bought and remodeled this house for my elderly father's use as as second home. When his travel became limited, we decided to offer the home as a Short-Term Rentals so it is still available to him when needed. The single-story floor plan and amenities such as covered parking, decks and easy access made this a great home for people of all ages.

This house has a large and spacious kitchen, living and dining area, particularly for a 2-bedroom home in Pierpont. Guests love its comfortable and cozy feel, while being so convenient to the beach, shopping, dining, biking, etc. Many guests have made this home their annual retreat. Everything is well stocked, particularly the kitchen, to ensure you have a relaxing and fun stay!
