The studio apartment was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was nicely updated and decorated. The hosts were very responsive and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and our daughter slept on a cot which was comfortable as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at this property. Wonderfully located for what we needed. Oscar and Gina were exceptional hosts and made our stay very enjoyable. The unit is very comfortable and well stocked for what we needed. I would stay again when I am back in Boston. Many thanks!!

I stayed 10 days in the basement apartment. It was as described and pictured. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It had all the necessities in the kitchen and bathroom. I could not have been happier with the experience. I had all my questions answered beforehand and the host stayed in touch to make sure everything was going well. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

This was a wonderful place to stay for my two weeks in Arlington. It is located in a quaint, quiet neighborhood, with a Dunkin’ right around the corner and a cute deli and convenience store within walking distance in the other direction. I felt very safe walking around the neighborhood on my own.The apartment itself was extremely clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for an extended stay. Gina and Oscar were wonderful hosts and great communicators. They answered every question I had and made the whole experience easy and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again. Ten out of ten!

Perfectly located for us. Everything we needed was easily found in the appartement. I particularly appreciated the mirror outside the bathroom. Will definitely return here when visiting my son.

Lovely stay just outside Boston

Gina and Oscar were extremely accommodating and their room was a lovely place for us to stay in and take day trips to the Boston area from. The room itself is spacious, extremely clean, and comes with a kitchenette and laundry room. It’s conveniently located just down the straight from local stores. The check in instructions didn’t come through to me properly and both hosts ensured we were immediately taken care of and had no issues after arrival. Highly recommend staying here!

Convenient and well-equipped

The apartment was great. We spent most of our time in Boston but wanted a quieter and less expensive place to stay after being in the city all day. The apartment was furnished with everything we needed and it was so helpful to have a kitchen area to prepare breakfast in. Hosts were communicative and the apartment was nicely decorated. Would definitely recommend.

Charming Studio in Quiet Neighborhood

My daughter and I came into Boston for a conference. We really enjoyed our stay here outside the busy city. The neighborhood was charming and quiet. The bed was soft. The landlord was friendly and helpful when I had questions. The location was great as the room was 10 minutes away from Minuteman National Park and several other historic sites.

Boston Trip

Good little spot! We wanted something not so in the city. And this spot was perfect for that. Cute and quiet neighborhood with a few near grocery stores, a nice italian deli with great staff, and our favorite bakery, Butternut Bakehouse, only a short 6 minute bus ride away. The actual VRBO had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.. It was very clean and provided us with the essentials.

Exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, fully equipped with all amenities—everything you could want in a VRBO. Yes, it’s in a basement but the listing very clearly discloses that. For a longer stay, I might miss having natural light but if you are only there in evenings, it makes no difference. Be aware that there are 5 interior steps that are a bit steep so this wouldn’t be the place for you if you are mobility-impaired, but, again, the listing makes that obvious. I don’t want to sing the praises of this hidden gem too much because then it will be so popular I won’t be able to book it again—and I would certainly book it again with zero hesitation!

English below Cette unité était très propre et bien équipée. Parfaitement situé, avec l'application Spothero, il nous a été possible d'accéder à toutes les grandes attractions de Boston en moins de 15 en auto et 35 min de Salem.Il y a toujours du stationnement sur la rue directement en face du condo.Il est situé dans un quartier tranquille et sécuritaire. Nous y sommes allés en famille ( 2 adultes, 2 ado de 14 et 17) et les proprios ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour parfait. La cuisinette nous a permis de sauver beaucoup d'argent en préparant notre déjeuner pour manger au condo et des dîners que nous amenions avec nous pour nos sorties. Vraiment je vous recommande fortement cette unité, Quand nous repasserons à Boston, nous referons un arrêt à cette unité assurément. Merci beaucoup Gina et Oscar. This unit was very clean and well equipped. Perfectly located, with the Spothero app, we were able to access all of Boston's major attractions in less than 15 min by car and 35 min from Salem. There's always parking on the street directly in front of the condo. It's located in a quiet and safe area. We went there as a family (2 adults,2 teenagers aged 14 and 17)and the owners did everything to make our stay perfect. The kitchenette allowed us to save a lot of money by preparing our lunch to eat at the condo and dinners that we brought with us for our outings. Really I highly recommend this unit, When we go back to Boston, we will definitely stop at this unit again.
