The location was perfect being outside of Boston. The drive was just a short one to see all the sites of Boston. The host was extremely nice and kept in contact with us the whole trip. I highly recommend!!

Very clean and easy to find. Just a short drive to Boston. You can take nice walks on the walking path that is just next door. Upstairs guest can make a bit of noise from time to time, but nothing too crazy. A few doors, the bathroom one to be exact, needs a bit of oil. Don’t really plan to cook anything that is not microwavable. But for the price and location you are getting a great deal.

Easy to follow instructions. Good parking spot close to unit.The apartment was spotless. For a studio it is roomy and comfortable. No toaster and Oscar was over with one in 10 minutes. Highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay -- it was a comfortable little unit, and very convenient as we were visiting family nearby. Appreciated some of the little touches. The warning was true about the ceiling noise from the guests above, Sounded like there were about a hundred people up there moving furniture or something, lol. It was clean, and less expensive than most hotels that were farther away. Appreciated the parking and laundry. Main reason for four stars instead of five is that they've got a few little fixes to make -- seems like they recently renoed the whole place and some may have been done quickly. And on our last morning, we tried to use the microwave and it blew a fuse. Oh and we def needed more places to sit luggage on. The one issue we mentioned to the owners during our stay, they offered to come by and we said not necessary, so they were responsive then. Hopefully our suggestions afterward were also helpful. We'd come back again, and we'd probably pick this unit again, unless the bigger units upstairs are available, and depending on pricing for them.
