Beautiful and clean condo with an amazing view of the sparkling emerald coast. This is my second time booking this condo for a girlfriend’s beach trip. It is very spacious and has a well equipped kitchen. The ocean themed decor is perfect! We especially enjoyed relaxing on the balconies. The grounds and swimming pool are well maintained. Many fun and good local restaurants are within a few miles. Hopefully we will be back someday.

Thank you so much for your wonderful 5-star review! We are thrilled that you enjoyed the incredible views and the penthouse accommodations. We do want to gently clarify that our travel instructions clearly outline all starter amenities provided for your stay. We are not a hotel, but we provide a generous welcome supply designed to help guests get through their first 24–48 hours. This includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, a personal care kit (including items such as cotton rounds, Q-tips, a sewing kit, and nail file), dishwasher detergent and tabs, paper towels, and toilet paper for each bathroom. For longer stays and larger groups, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed beyond the starter quantities provided. This information is included in the pre-arrival instructions sent prior to check-in. As Panama City Beach’s #1 property management company, we strive to provide more amenities than most vacation rentals while maintaining fair and competitive pricing. Grand Panama Penthouse 1-2204 is one of the very few true four-bedroom Gulf-front penthouses available on the Gulf Coast, and rates are set according to market demand and comparable luxury accommodations in the area. Thank you again for your kind review and for choosing to stay with us. We truly appreciate your business and hope to welcome you back again soon. Safe travels! Melissa BookBeach

Me and my family enjoyed the penthouse. There was plenty of room for everyone, so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. We had eight people. This was especially important since it rained most of the third day. We had plenty of space to relax, watch movies, or play games. The amenties were great. We didn't feel like we were missing anything. The location was perfect. We could get to many off-property places with ease. Getting to the pool or beach was easy.It was clean. It was quiet. The host was easy to contact and responsive. The check-in and check instructions were easy. And, the view was wonderful, especially when the fighter jets flew by each day.I would stay there again.

This penthouse is amazing!! It’s so roomy and decorated beautifully. Perfect for a large girls’ trip or 3 couples with a few kids. It was really clean with plenty of towels for everyone.
