Den täckta Lanai är den perfekta platsen för frukost eller en grill, utanför utan att vara i direkt sol.

Spa är en rolig och avkopplande plats för stora barn. Spa uppvärmning är gratis under sommarmånaderna (juni till september). Pooluppvärmning är tillgänglig om det behövs, och inkluderar spauppvärmning (avgift gäller).

VILLA PLATS DETALJER

Indian Point är ett vackert och fridfullt samhälle, centrerat på en sjö och i skogbevuxen miljö. Bekvämt nära till Highway 192, med en Wal-Mart stormarknad bara en mil bort, och enkel tillgång till butiker och restauranger. En tio till femton minuters bilresa tar dig till Disney World.
Universal är cirka 25 minuter med bil, Seaworld är 20 minuter.
Njut av tennisbana och lekplats, och sjöar i Indian Point gemenskapen.

I närheten finns många golfbanor, Airboat Rides, och den berömda Orlando sevärdheter.

Fantastiska shopping på The Loop (10 minuter), Florida Mall, The Mall at Millenia, Orlando International Premium Outlets, och många fler.
Det finns en stor Walmart butik bekvämt beläget 1 mil bort, och massor av shopping på närliggande Highway 192.

UPPDATERING MAJ 2018: stort nytt målarjobb inifrån och ut tack vare Carlos och teamet. Kung säng i nedre mästaren.

HITTA HIT

Orlando International Airport (MCO) är cirka 25 minuter med bil, Sanford International är cirka 45 minuter med bil. Hyr en bil på flygplatsen.

Observera att pooluppvärmning är ett tillval (se Priser). Spa uppvärmning är gratis maj men september.

Love the pook

This house was perfect for our family. Close to Disney/ airport. We really enjoyed the pool & hot tub area outside.

Magical Memories

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The pool and hot tub/spa were heated perfectly. Highly recommend paying the extra for the heat if staying in the winter months. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 letting the kids spread out across the house. The communication with the host and property management was excellent. Very responsive to any questions. We had no issues during our stay. Highly recommend for a family looking for a home with a private pool for a stay in The Orlando area including Disney World.

Our 3 week holiday in the sun

We had a wonderful 3 weeks staying at Liz and Duncan's property. The house was is in the perfect location for all amenities, close to theme parks, shopping and the all you can want only a short drive away. Any small issues we had were quickly resolved by Tracy. The pool and spa were great but the one small bug bear for us was the garden furniture, we found it not very user friendly due to it being made from plumbers pipework rather than metal. Overall we would definitely book again when we came back to Florida for our next visit in a few years time.

Great Family Experience

We had a fantastic stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, providing plenty of space for our group of adults to relax and enjoy our time together. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the location was perfect—quiet yet close to everything we wanted to do. Our host was responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommend for a wonderful group getaway!

This place was amazing. I loved every bit of it! We all had so much fun at the pool, it was an amazing temperature, and clean! The chairs were clean, rooms, bathroom, etc. Def recommend!

A great base - good facilities

Overall a decent property; a great size, good location, and great value for money. Probably could do with a bit of modernising compared to similar properties to elevate it to a really high standard, and despite the pool and spa being a great size, the outside space feels like it needs a bit of a deep clean. We had some minor issues which were quickly responded to by the property owner, who was very responsive throughout. Overall a decent enough value for money property which was ideal as a base for our theme park holiday.

Lovely villa

Lovely villa very close to all amenities and parks. Pool lovely as was the spa. Kitchen fully stocked with all the plates, glasses, mugs, coffee machine etc along with a larder style cupboard with all the little things you might have overlooked to bring with you. Very happy with our stay would definitely recommend

Well Equipped House with Nice Pool and Hot Tub

Overall we were very impressed with the house. The inside was nice and had plentry of room and the kids really enjoyed the hot tub and pool.

Lovely accommodation , nice neighbourhood

A nice tidy property with everything you could want . The neighbourhood is safe and mostly quiet .It was the easiest check-in process I have ever had with VRBO , the owner sent clear concise details , well in advance of time . I would be very happy to recommend this place to stay to anyone.

Duncan and Liz är värd

Liz and I are Brits who live in the UK, and visit Florida as often as we can. We have had many happy Florida vacations with our family and friends in this home. Over the years, our boys brought all of their school friends to stay with us and hit the theme parks. The boys are grown now, and don't come so often, which leaves more space for friends to drop in when we are there.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We came to Indian Point on vacation in 1999, and loved the place. We were back a few months later to look at purchasing. We spent a week driving round lots of different locations, and decided in the end that Indian Point suited us best. It is close to the theme parks whilst not being too out of the way. We wanted to have easy access to the 192 for the shops and restaurants. We bought our home off-plan and have enjoyed it ever since. The two master bedrooms is a great benefit for families sharing. The villa we originally vacationed in was a Crystal model with 4 beds, so we were very happy to be able to choose a Grand Crystal model, which has the same downstairs layout, and with the added upstairs second master bedroom.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The pool area is a great bonus, and we made sure to get extra deck room to fit all those sun loungers. The in-ground spa was a MUST - that's our favourite place to unwind after a long day.
We loved the covered lanai in the home design so you can sit outside but escape the direct sun.
We were lucky to get a corner lot which has a bit more space, and a long driveway.
