Very Nice Waterfront Place
Pros- The check in process was a breeze! It was clean and maintained. Nice decor. Big king beds in both rooms. Beach towels and regular towels, shampoo and conditioner, soap was provided. They left us a little gift basket with toothbrush, bubbles, a few snacks, bottle of wine, flossers and sunscreen. The had a whole downstairs underneath the stair compartment full of beach items you could use- chairs, wagons, umbrellas, coolers, sand toys. The outdoor area was large and overlooked the canal. Nice dock for 2 large boats. Can fish right off the dock. Very nice location- all the shops and restaurants were within walking distance. Cons- some of the dishes were broken- didnât bother us- When I was taking a towel off the towel rack in the bathroom- it came down. It appeared to have been broken- but replaced up there as if nothing ever happened. They only gave 1 garbage bag for a 3 night stay- and the kitchen trash can was so small. Washers looked new- but smelled musty. Communication with property owner could have been better. The outside of property is all common area with 4 other units- but everyone was nice. But we would stay there again!
