Perfect Couple Stay

This property and location was perfect for my boyfriend and me. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and pubs after a long day of touring Nashville. Be sure to grab some fresh cobbler from the food truck that is at the end of the alley!

Lovely Place!!

I would give 6 stars! This place is incredible in a perfect picturesque neighborhood! Close to music row and the museums but out of crowds. Great restaurants and coffee near by. House itself was so cute, very clean and so charming. Everything about our stay was amazing.

Conveniently located!

This Vrbo is conveniently located near a strip loaded with shops and restaurants. Every morning we walked for breakfast and a coffee. Host is very communicative, and the home is exactly as pictured. Wonderful Vrbo that I’d highly recommend.

Wonderful! Great Neighborhood

This rental was great! Very comfortable and we had everything we needed. We were not far from the Belmont and Belle Meade attractions and after sightseeing we would walk to great restaurants right in the neighborhood!

12 South

We had a great stay in the 12 South neighborhood. The property was clean and spacious with all your basic needs. The location was perfect. There were several restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within walking distance. We only had a short 3 night trip but we'd definitely stay here again.

Lovely and new

It is a lovely, one bedroom and very much matched the online description. Everything was new, fresh, and clean. Note, the private entrance is on a back alley, which is fine as we felt very safe, but just something to note and know. I would absolutely stay there again.

Short weekend getaway

Such an amazing stay!!!! Perfect location. Seriously so close to everything. 3-5 min walk to coffee shops and some great restaurants. Burger Up was a 3 minute walk and was AMAZING! 10 minute drive/Uber to Broadway. The host provided everything you could ever possibly need. Heater, fan, sound machine, snacks, waters, makeup wipes, everything!!! 10/10 would recommend!

Simple and Location Location Location

We loved staying at this home. It was clean and simple. I love how it was decorated, we had a washer and dryer which was so nice and this location is everything. Love this neighborhood so much. You can literally walk to everything around the area. The only thing I would add is maybe a fan for the downstairs bedroom. We would have loved to have the air moving around there a bit better when sleeping. Besides that, this place is a true gem!

Mixed signals

This location is very convenient for those who are into the tourist scene. It was rather tricky to find the parking and front door access. In terms of safety concerns, the rug in the livingroom easily cuases tripping and needs to be secured. The handrail to the dowstairs is not properly secured. The
