Summer Valley is a stunning home sleeps up to 10 guests offering 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms across 2 beautiful floors. This house really is dedicated to fun and games! Outside, there is a private pool and spillover spa where you can relax or use the sitting area to soak up the Florida sun. You can also find an outdoor shaded sitting area to relax or have a meal al fresco with your family. The lower floor comprises of a King size bedroom with ensuite bathroom, , a fully equipped kitchen and a sitting area decorated with neutral and cool tones making it a perfect escape from the sun. Family meal times can be spent in the kitchen breakfast bar which accommodates for 3 people or at the dining table which seats 8. There is an incredible gaming room fitting for whatever your favorite sport may be, including apool table , foosball and ping pong table. Brilliant for after dinner entertainment!

Upstairs, all rooms offer en-suit bathrooms each, all modern and spacious. There is 1 King sized bedroom, 2 Queen sized bedroom , and one bedroom with 2 full beds.

The pool heat is an optional extra charged at $40.00 per night plus taxes, this will also heat the spa.

Just a short stroll away, Encore Resort has an on-site waterpark with thrilling drops, chutes and twisting slides as well as pools and water jets. There are various on-location restaurants and bars, sports courts, a fitness center and kid’s area. You can also take advantage of the free shuttle service to Disney world and other close-by theme parks.

Feels like home ...

This was a great house with plenty of room. The pool was a great way to unwind after a long day of fun. We really enjoyed the games in the house as well. There was so much room that we all had plenty of privacy. We would definitely stay there again.

The house was great. Loved the pool and spa after a long day at Disney. Floor plan was perfect for single people to each have their own space.

Resort rules

We arrived on Saturday night After dark. Parked in driveway with a slight hang over on the sidewalk. We were given a warning at 3:30 AM and towed at 5:30 AM. 2 hours notice in the wee hours of the morning. No way we could have known about the warning before it was towed. We had to pay for the vehicle being towed to another town. This was not fair. No response when went to resort for action or from the rental company.
