Enjoy stunning sunrises over Copano Bay and starlit Texas night skies at this incredible waterfront property in Bayside. Situated on three secluded acres, this place has it all. Unobstructed views of Copano Bay, a private lighted pier with a fish cleaning station and a drop down dock, a private pool and hot tub. There are two propane grills, a smoker, a charcoal grill, and several picnic tables. There is plenty of room to park so bring the boat, kayaks, or jet skis.
Each of the two homes has their own screened in porch with water views, a washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchens, dining areas, and room for relaxing and hanging out with family and friends.
The main home consists of four bedrooms. The master bedroom is downstairs and has a king bed and attached bathroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa and two twin pullouts in the living room for bonus sleeping space. The second bathroom is also located on the first floor. All other bedrooms are upstairs. The second bedroom has a queen over twin trundle bed. The third bedroom has a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The fourth bedroom has a king bed as well. The third bathroom is upstairs.

Devil's in the details.

Cleanliness is lacking. There were dishes put away that were dirty. The dishwasher either doesn't work or we just didn't get it. Lawn was not mowed, until Saturday mid day while we were relaxing, after which we had to skim the pool. Dead bugs all over the place. Ice maker doesn't work, multiple lights didn't work, ceiling fan was hanging by wires, when maintenance showed up they couldn't fix it with out aproval and left, only the tv in the living rooms worked. No internet, the network name of the internet was not even correct. When we did find it on the router it just didn't work. Of course the management pulls the "we don't guarantee internet" card, which I understand, but the $100.00 credit for our inconvenience came way to quick, like they knew already. Overall very unhappy with the overall experience at this property. By far the worst, as far as cleanliness I, or any of the 15 of us has stayed at. I recommend inspecting this location fully, including lights, remotes, the dishwasher as examples. Mow before clients check in, when a property has not been used for more than a month maybe go check for bugs and debris before they get there to ensure that everything is up to what I expect are higher standards than we saw here.

Great outdoor space!

The property management company was very responsive when we had an issue with the wifi and went above and beyond to return an item that one of my family members had left behind. Thank you once again for being attentive! As for the property there is PLENTY of space for outdoor activities (horseshoes, cornhole etc.). We brought our own cornhole set. Bring the mosquito spray and candles. Pool and hot tub kept the teens busy. Mom's loved the screen porches and dad's grilled every night during our stay. The larger home is where we spent majority of our time for all of our meals. The older kids enjoyed their own space in the smaller home. Lots of naps, stories and great memories is what this property had to offer our family! We look forward to visiting it again during the summer!

Nice family secluded rental.

The house was accomodating and enough room for everyone. We all had a wonderful time. The porch and pool area were where we mostly hang out. The pool was a plus and the kids swam almost every night when we were there. The fishing pier was a nice addition even though we did not catch any fish. We did fished else where and make use of the cleaning table however. The house had plenty of parking area to park cars. We tried to leave everything the same way as when we arrived. Nina was prompt to answer every questions that we had. Great rental, thanks.

Great place to stay and Pet friendly

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was one of the nicest places I have stayed at. It has everything you could need. Plenty of room and private. We spent the whole time there which was nice did not need to go any where for food they have indoor kitchen outdoor pits, a pool, fishing pier where we caught fish every night and plenty of room to just be outside and relax. This place had it all. I would recommend to anyone looking to get a spot that private and has amenities for everyone.
