Incredibly communicative host from pre-booking through check-out. The property location makes access to shops and restaurants very convenient. Underground parking is nice for keeping a cool car. I look forward to booking this property again.

Such a great spot to watch the Ironman event. We could duck back and use the unit and head out again to watch our son racing. The unit is very well equipped and surprisingly very quiet. Comfy bed as well. We had a great stay and Mary was very accommodating in every way.

A really nice rental unit with lots of amenities and a great view of the ocean. The host (Mary) was great to work with and she had many nice touches for us. The downtown location is close to many excellent restaurants and coffee shops. The covered underground parking was great. Overall a 10.

Host Mary has communicated better than almost any other host we’ve had. The unit is comfortable, quiet and convenient. And well supplied! We still have several days here, and we look forward to them.

Very homey and has everything you need and more. Bed was very comfortable. Very easy to communicate with host. Safe. It was perfect for just chilling in all day (which I did) but also located where you can easily walk to shops, restaurants, harbor, farmers market. The view was serene. Thanks

Absolutely stocked with everything you need, organized and labeled and ready for beach fun everyday with everything you need. This truly was a “Home” - we even referred to it as Home by the 5th day lol. Great location!!!! In the heart of it all- we walked to everything. The host is amazing and makes sure you are all set up. Best place in Kona to stay…hands down! Just book it…trust me

What a great location in downtown Kailua Kona. We stayed for 2 weeks, and Kona Plaza served as a comfortable and convenient place to branch out. We loved watching the paddlers, swimmers and occasional dolphins as the sun rose. The owner gave clear and thorough instructions, and when a small problem arose with the AC, she immediately got a repairman on site (the filter was only in need of a little clean). All of the furniture was very comfortable, and the kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked. We have stayed in several places in Kona (including Uncle Billy's), and we hope to stay there again.

View from room was amazing. they had everything you could need from kitchen supplies to beach chairs, beach towels, snorkleing gear and more. we had 4 people and we used the murphy bed and the fold out couch. we needed to rearrange the furniture to make it work but it worked. Loved being so close to town and within walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Great location

Mary was an amazing host and we really enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at the kona Plaza several times and this unit has everything you need. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! Mary was very responsive, and her condo was very well stocked with beach equipment and other condo necessities. She even let us check in a bit early since it was vacant the day we arrived.

We loved this condo! Great views of the ocean & so close to shops, restaurants, & the water! The condo was clean & had most everything you need to enjoy the area! Very quiet & friendly tenants! We had a great trip!

Great location

Amazing Kona trip with the perfect rental. The location is perfect for strolling the strip and walkable to all sorts of places. The condo was equipped with lots of extras for beach outtings and toiletries. I’d definitely rent this property again.

This was a fantastic property right in the heart of historic Kailua-Kona. I cannot believe how close it was to the palace! Mart has thought of everything! Just pack a bathing suit and you are set!

Best spot in Kona

We had a blast here. Walking distance to the water, restaurants, shopping centers and more. Mary is a very generous host and provided us with everything we needed to enjoy our trip. Above and beyond. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Kona area.
