Our family of four rented this house for three nights over the Easter weekend. The house was very, very clean, and was well stocked for our needs. We ate in every morning and cooked one dinner at the house, and everything worked well. The beds were comfortable, and we got a good night's sleep. The pool was great, it was a decent size, and was quite deep in the deep end, probably over 7'. The pool area had some nice loungers and shade provided by either patio cover, umbrellas, or a fixed canopy over a set of furniture. There was a nice grand piano in the foyer that our daughter played several times, and it sounded lovely.
The house is located well, just off of the 111 and S. Sunrise, so it was reasonable close to things. We had a nice view of the Bob Hope House, and the surrounding hills from the back of the house, and from the backyard, you could overlook not only the pool, but the snow capped San Jacinto Mountains.
Be advised that there are strict rules about noise in both the yard, or eminating from the house after 10pm, I believe it was. We had no problems, but it is something to be aware of, depending on your party and your intentions with your stay.
We had a great experience at this property, and would be happy to rent the house again.
