Cute House in town with private yard

This charming cottage is in the heart of Franklin. It's a short walk to Jim Warren Park and/or downtown Franklin. Close to Westhaven, The Factory, etc. The house is fully stocked and has a nice private back yard with cafe lights making the space a fun environment. The vaulted ceilings in the family room with big windows make the space incredibly light, cozy, and inviting. The dining room is open to the well supplied kitchen with multiple coffee makers, toasters, etc. It's fully stocked. The bedrooms are great size all with queen beds. The bonus room boasts a big couch and huge smart TV. The bean bag is a favorite and unzips into a queen size sleeping pad as well. The Speed Queen Washer & Dryer were purchased new in 2022 and are commercial machines. The quit neighborhood is such a tranquil place to be and makes for a relaxing time to enjoy all that this quintessential Franklin home has to offer while being extremely close to everything. In Franklin, you'll find the best of both worlds here: small-town charm and big-city sophistication. There are fascinating Civil War sites and museums, magnificent Antebellum and Victorian homes - plus our thriving downtown shopping area and the Cool Springs Galleria, unique dining and entertainment, and wonderful festivals.

Very nice home

We enjoyed our stay and the owner was very friendly and house was really nice. The neighborhood was quiet. We visit that area once a year and this will be out go to house from now on

Nice place for a short stay

This was a cute little house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It definitely needs some upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms, but it was doable for only a couple days. The beds were comfortable and the living area had a nice couch and TV.

Perfect little house for a family vacation

Location was great. House was perfect for our stay. Only issue was the pet hair in the living and dining areas. I don’t think the cleaning staff did a great job with that. I swept up and got out as much as possible. All in all it was a great stay, nice neighborhood and comfortable for us.

Unexpected situation

Upon arrival, it was discovered the heat did not work at the property. Contacted the owner and he worked diligently to get the heat restored, finding a service tech to check the issue. At the end of the work it was discovered that the issue was with the furnace and would not be able to be corrected in a timely fashion. Working with the owner, got a full refund for the weekend. Would definitely work with this owner again.

Has potential

I was there for 2 nights while I was in town for a medical procedure. Tyler was very gracious in his communication. When I got there I realized there was no AC and the windows do not open. The bonus room smells of mildew and animal urine. It needs to be cleaned badly. The fridge hasn’t been cleaned and the cabinets were also pretty gross. The deck outside is falling apart and the yard was mostly mud. I couldn’t walk on the floors on the inside without shoes because they were so dirty they turned my feet black. Bathroom showers are extremely outdated. I can cope with most of that but I actually left a day early and went to a hotel because I kept seeing roaches in different rooms and realized they have black roach motels set up so they knew about it. I wasn’t there long enough to get things fixed and I didn’t want bugs in my stuff so i voluntarily left. Would not go back.

Franklin golf week

I had high hopes for this place when I booked it for a 5 night stay with friends for a golf trip. When we first arrived there were 2 garbage cans totally full even overflowing with trash laid on the ground and a tossed pet carrier. After entering the property I found one of the rooms (a converted garage ) with carpet that had a strong odor of pet urine. I have rented plenty of properties Through AIrB and B and VRBO that were not this bad as far as first impressions I will on a couple of positive notes say the bed was comfortable and location was great. I would hope the management company steps up their game and maybe take better interest in how there properties present themselves.

Cute house - needs some TLC

Comfy beds. Great kitchen supplies. Loved the towels. Only issues as follows: One dining chair has unattached seat & very loose legs. Maintenance required. Screws missing in master bath shower drain. Small dressers would be nice addition to the two extra bedrooms - needed drawer space. Windows very very dirty - could hardly see out of them. Thank you for hearing us out. This house could be out lovely with a little much-needed attention.

Cleaning should have been better. Coffee maker had old grounds in strainer that were completely dry and hard as well as burnt coffee in pot. Shower drain cover was loose and kept moving and opening up drain. Beds were comfortable. A/C worked well. Plenty of hot water.

Overall OK

This is an investment property with some general deferred maintenance. It is fine for a short stay - near Historic Downtown Franklin with comfortable beds. The bathroom showers and tub not shown in listing are original. Property Manager addressed and resolved issues we noted. Also sent dehumidifier when we suggested it for bonus room.

Great pet-friendly place to stay!

Only a few minute drive from historic Franklin, my husband and I really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. The big fenced in back yard was perfect for our dogs. The one suggestion I would make is to add a lock or latch to the gate of the fence. It currently can just be pushed open. We were able to prop the trash cans up against the gate and that kept the gate from opening during our stay. Other than that, this place was very ideal, convenient, and comfortable.

Tennessee Tour

The house was as advertised on the listing, as one of our group said, it feels very homely. We only used the one lounge area and didn’t use the deck. Ample drive parking. It’s in a quiet street with a few young families living nearby, the children were often playing in the street as we drove by. Easy access to Franklin, a little too far to walk for us but a very short drive and many free parking options. Franklin itself is a great place to visit and was our favourite place out of our two week trip. We even called back into town for lunch on our way to Nashville airport We were a group of two couples, family, and we really enjoyed our 4 night stay at this property. This was my first time booking a home and the communication with the management company was 1st class, they even sent me a small app for my phone with all the check in / arrival details.We received an email checking if all was OK after our first night. I would use this home and company again.

As political refugees, my family was drawn to Franklin in an almost prophetic way. It is such a historic and charming city with the most amazing people, culture, and traditional speed of life that makes quality of interaction and focus on what's important easy. Franklins beauty is second to only the people that embody its culture.

The only word that describes the draw to Franklin and the Nashville area is "Gathering". The is a revival of sorts that is almost indescribable, but immediately felt as you encounter this community. We were called here. I dont know how else to say it.
