19486 Bridgewater Dr. - Spacious and grand single family home. Located in the premier community of the Grande at Canal Pointe. This home has everything to make your vacation stress free and memorable. From the open and modern kitchen, to the amble seating for the family to enjoy time together. The kitchen and living area are open and spacious making this space perfect for family time. If you enjoy the fresh air, the deck is perfect for relaxing or sharing time with the family. Don't forget the families 4 legged member. Dogs are welcome with a $300 non-refundable pet fee, per pet.
The community is biking distance or a short drive to Rehoboth or Dewey Beach. With being less than 2 miles to the beach and boardwalk and the amble amount of restaurants and shops even closer, what more could you need? Did we mention the community pool, fitness center and tennis courts!
No worries about parking, there is parking at the house for 2 cars and the owner has provided one on street parking permit for Rehoboth Beach.
This home is available for all seasons and holidays. Have you ever spent the holidays at the beach, maybe this year! A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $201.00.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome âSpecial Eventâ rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for âSpecial Eventâ rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
