This is a beautifully appointed house on a large piece of land. The oven didn't work. Only about a a third of the burners on the gas grill worked. The lights in the kitchen, turn off and then flicker on and off when the washing machine or the dishwasher are running. Some of the doors upstairs squeak when you open and close them.

what a beautiful home with all the amenities we could need. House was so clean and guest ready. The yard was so unexpected and spectacular - we want to come back during a warmer month to enjoy your fabulous outdoor space. Newport tap room and winery were so close- -next visit we want to get there.

We had a wonderful fall weekend at Rosie's Vineyard. The home is thoughtfully decorated and cozy for our family to enjoy. We loved the deck for morning coffee with a lovely view of the farms in the area. The close proximity to the Newport Car Museum and Newport were a huge plus. And the being so close to Newport Vineyards and Brewery was a bonus. We will definitely return next time we are visiting our RWU student!

The house is gorgeous! It had everything that we needed. The front two bedrooms can get a little noisy as they are on the street and the sun rises on that side of the house-- otherwise not a bad thing to say!
