If you're visiting the Silicon Valley, let this be your home away from home. This new build has all you could need. Minutes from the freeway but in a friendly small community.

The space itself is pristine, with a full fridge and full washer dryer, heated towel rack, a window seat with storage in the bedroom and living room, 50" tv in the living room and 43" in the bedroom, wireless internet, AC and heat, two showerheads in the shower, and the warm feeling of comfort and welcome.

This cottage is a mother-in-law unit; it has a private doorway entrance, and all the privacy you could desire, but with the added advantage of having help a knock away should you have a question.

Parking is never a problem in this neighborhood; we will ensure you have one driveway parking spot assured throughout your stay, and any visiting friends can easily find street parking.

1st time vrbo

This was our very first time with VRBO and the Adu was every bit as nice as the photos. It was wonderfully clean, private and very comfortable. It was a classy and well-designed space:-) we will be coming back again.

Great little cottage

Perfect cottage for two. Beautiful, like new accommodations, easy access to Hwy 101 but not too close. Great host. Clean & comfy. We’d stay again when we travel to San Jose.

Great neighborhood & communication. 715am during the week their alarm, dog, sliding glass door opening and closing would wake my wife up. The bedroom of the vrbo is connected to the house. Previous trash under the sink had not been taken out and no sponges or tags to wash the dishes with.

Convenient getaway

Great neighborhood for a quiet morning run. Host responded quickly to requests. Very comfortable bed and warm towels from the heated towel rack were a treat!

Great location in quiet neighborhood

Unit was clean and all new appliances. Listing was as expected. Host was very nice, responsive and made sure the unit has all the basics for your stay. Neighborhood is quite and great for walking.

Great stay

Place is updated and very comfortable amenities (updated appliances like modern stove, fridge, lighting and washer and dryer, lots of counter and extra space), close to shopping/groceries (Lucky, Sprouts), easy 101 access and access to San Jose and upcountry (Grant Park and Lick Observatory) and Abra was very helpful and responsive to any questions. Much thanks for a wonderful and convenient stay!

Beautiful space, clean to standards, quiet neighborhood, new interior! Really enjoyed our stay here!

My wife and I stayed here for a few days leading up to our wedding and a few days after. This home is beautiful! Everything is new and clean. It was surprisingly bigger than the pictures show which was a plus! The Host was quick to respond to us about anything we had messaged, and we even had our own parking spot in the driveway which made loading and unloading things so much easier! Thank you to the hosts of this home, we loved our stay and will be back :)

Lovely stay for a quiet work trip

This unit was exactly as described and located in a wonderful, family friendly neighborhood that was great to walk around in. The bed was very comfortable, and the appliances are brand new - including the towel warmer in the bathroom which was a nice touch. Host was was respectful of my privacy and quickly responded to communications, including requests for decaf coffee and honey for tea. Would highly recommend this space!

Great Place to Stay!!

This was a perfect place for us for a couple of days. It’s very clean, comfortable, and modern. The heated towel rack, Keurig, and adjustable lighting were great additions!
