Heated Salt Water Pool & Spa - Disney Vacation

Great for family gatherings. Sleeps 10. House has 2 King, 2 Queen, 1 bunk bed. Relax in the hot tub - included with the rental (101 degrees). Optional pool heating (84 degrees) with fee $75 per day. Pool is gated for safety. Only 7 min drive to Disneyland 3.5 miles & Anaheim Convention Center 5 miles to Knott's Berry Farm. 16 miles from SNA airport or 32 miles from LAX. Outdoor picnic table and bbq. Lemon and guava on the trees in a private backyard. Wash/Dryer in the garage. Got 2 high chairs. Pool area is gated for safety.

Everything in the house is less than a year old. I personally stay here when all my family gathers. This area gets really busy in the summer time so if you plan on visiting Disney or Orange County, rsvp your place now. :)

nice house and we LOVED the pool and hot tub

easy to get to Disneyland by Uber, walking distance to a few markets, and it was great having a pool for the kids and especially a hot tub to relax in after long days at the parks!

Great place to stay

The property manager and owners were excellent at communication. The property was great to house a few coworkers for a convention in town. We didn’t get to use the amenities like the pool and spa but that was due to our schedule. Clean and convenient

Family with Toddlers

This property is well equipped for families! 2 high chairs, portable crib, twin bunk beads with the bottom bed being a floor bed (no worries about falling) 2 umbrella strollers, rain ponchos, washer and dryer, a pool and hot tub that is gated so toddlers can play in the yard without being near the pool. The pool had toys and floaties. We received great communication and responses. It is a short drive to the Disney theme parks and quick access to Target and grocery stores! We had 8 adults a baby a toddler and we were all comfortable!

Beautiful House, Great Location!

The place is extremely clean and tastefully decorated, with great amenities and fully stocked kitchen. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Orange County.

Great house close to theme parks.

We booked this house on our 9 day theme park tour where we hit up Universal Studios (50 minute drive) Knott's Berry Farms and Medieval Times(15 minute drive) Lego Land (1.5 hours drive) and of course Disneyland (10 minutes drive) the central location to all these attractions was ideal as a place to stay. Throw in a pool and hot tub to relax in after a day at the parks and this house has got it made.The house was clean, fairly quiet, and loaded with sleeping options. In other reviews it's mentioned that it's in a rough area, but I found that to be untrue. I felt safe waking through the neighborhood in the evening and had friendly interactions with some of the people in the area. It's close to a few grocery stores and there are a bunch of restaurant options within 15 minutes and it's about 25 minutes from the John Wayne Airport.The hosts were understanding and responsive. The hot tub is managed by texting and they never let us down. We had the pool cleaners visit once during our stay so we know the pool is clean and safe. We had one issue while in the property but the hosts handled it graciously.If we found ourselves itching to go back to the parks or stay in Anaheim again we would definitely look to see if this place was available first.Thanks for everything!

Awesome stay!

Our party of 9 (family of 4 and family of 5) stayed here. The layout is PERFECT! Ideal for 2 families! The place was very clean and organized! Naomi was very responsive to turning on the spa and answered all of our questions quickly. We will definitely come back and stay again!

Clean, close to Disney, great owner

We came down for a quick weekend college visit. Naomi was very communicative and the place was ready for us when we arrived. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool, the proximity to Disneyland, and the cute decor. The neighborhood tends to get crowded with cars parked along the street at night, but we had no issues with noise and had a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful remodeled home with heated pool

Our stay was so great. The host kept in contact the entire time and if we needed anything she was on it. The house is close to everything (including Disney) and has great decor and upgraded touches. Beds were comfortable the enough room for us to spread out and enjoy. The hot tub was especially nice in the evenings after our conference was over. Would highly recommend you staying there.

Stayed for 18 nights (comfortable beds, fantastic pool and spa; everything great). We’re very picky but couldn’t fault anything. Plenty of supplies. Naomi super helpful and responsive-went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Rough neighborhood

Location of property leaves a little to be desired. It’s in a rough neighborhood. Neighbors are loud.Property had red blood/ketchup stains on ceiling and walls. There were leftover party decorations and tape on the ceiling and walls.The property has a very small loveseat which is not enough seating for a house that sleeps 10. Beds are on the hard side.Kitchen had limited supplies.Overall I would not recommend this property for a large group and for the neighborhood.

Disney Vacay

This home is very well maintained and one of the cleanest houses we’ve ever rented. (I always appreciate when white bedding is used so stains can’t be hidden.) The layout worked perfectly for our group. Nice place to come back and relax after a long day at the theme park! The property manager was very responsive and even kind enough to ship some items that we had left behind. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and well-stocked!

Communication with the owner was excellent, Naomi was always very responsive and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. House was surprisingly well-stocked with kitchen tools - we had everything we needed (even a coffee grinder when we accidentally bought whole-bean coffee instead of ground!). A good gas stove was a nice surprise as well. Showers were amazing - almost every rental I've stayed in has the cheap showerheads with mediocre pressure but the showers here had the large rainfall-type showerheads and plenty of water pressure. Also TONS of extra towels for both shower and pool use. Lots of parking - three cars fit comfortable in the driveway and you can fit one more in the garage, and there was also almost always street parking available even though we didn't need it. Location-wise was also great! Right off Katella and a short trip straight to the convention center and Disneyland. Our group of 8 all had a great time and no complaints from any of them!

Family Vacation

The property manager and team were fantastic, very good communication and responsive when supplies were needed. With that said, I will leave some suggestions for the property: - invest in the comfortable elements of the house, the beds were hard, including the bunk beds. - the living room only has seating on the couch for two adults, while the house can sleep 6+. - invest in monthly pest control, we arrived at the property to find aunts in the kitchen and in the bedrooms. We were told they are seasonal when the hot weather comes. Well living 14 years in the desert I understand that pest control is important and is “seasonal”. There are also fruit treats in the back yard that aunts like. - negative part of the neighbors, very loud music past the quite hours than this is your place. The neighbors were up until 12:00am blasting music, police don’t answer or address the problem. House rules shouldn’t be strict for house guests to be in the house by 9:30pm if the neighbors don’t follow those rules. It makes the house seem like it’s in a different neighborhood. This house isn’t in the best neighborhood, good distance to Disney though. - entertainment, it would be of much pleasure to have a tv in each bedroom.

Overall great for A Disney home base.

Overall had a great experience. Pool and spa were a great feature for the kids after long days walking around Disney. Neighbours had a couple late loud nights which made sleeping a little tough on the kids.

Excellent Property

This unique fully remodeled home was well done, and fantastic for a couple of families to stay. The layout had two separate sides with a bathroom and two bedrooms, and a beautiful pool and jacuzzi. The main gate closure to the home and pool area made it a completely private experience We would stay here again. This was perfect for our family gathering. The host was excellent and responsive. She was also very kind, and accommodating.
