Nice open kitchen made it easy to cook for the family. Hot tub and pool setup was excellent - fun for both kids and adults. Enough room for everyone to sit down to eat or play games. Host was quick to respond to problems.

SoCal Spring Break

This is a very nice property with a fantastic backyard and pool area. There were plenty of bedrooms for our group and lots of space to spread out. The house was well furnished for our visit and was an enjoyable place to stay.

Overall our stay went as smooth as possible. Unfortunately we didn’t use the pool or game room. We didn’t enjoy the property as much since we were more at Disney and Universal most of the time

Family Getaway

This home was a great layout for my family to enjoy each other while providing enough space for relaxation. We had elderly grandparents with us, so having two bedrooms downstairs was helpful. The gameroom allowed the teenagers to have a space for themselves and the backyard was an oasis. The kitchen was open and had enough seating for all 11 of us. I did contact management for a few things and they were responsive and helpful. This home is on a main roadway. Traffic can be heard from two of the upstairs bedrooms. We plan to stay in the future.

We enjoyed our time---but didn't get to stay at this house (even though it was the one we reserved)

We were switched to a similar house only a few blocks away from the original house---only this one didn't have as big of a pool/ yard and also no spa. We enjoyed our time---but there were definitely a few needed items missing from the house. But after texting the owners/ management they were there promptly at our doorstep. A few things needed wiping down when we arrived, but the major cleaning was good. We enjoyed the pool a lot and also liked the large dining & open/ spacious living room for gathering all together. Best communication from owners/ managers. Thumbs up!

Clean, Modern and Close to Disney with a Pool and Gameroom!

My family of 9 really enjoyed this property and had just enough space with 5 bedrooms but only three single sink bathrooms. The proximity to Disneyland, Downtown Disney and Huntington beach (30 mins away) are huge positives for making a multi-day vaca a fun time for all. Pros: The property was modern and clean and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and the tap water worked fine for refilling water bottles. The pool and hot tub were clean and provided loads of fun. The home is close to Disney and was a short Uber ride to get there and back again. It’s also close enough to see and hear the Disney fireworks. They provided strollers under the stairs so didn’t have to carry all the backpacks or kids when they got tired. They also provided full size bottles of shampoo and conditioner along with blow dryers and plenty of other supplies. Funtierland was very responsive to my questions, replaced a bulb over the island, and provided more spatulas. Plenty of pool towels are in the cabinet near the downstairs bathroom. The backyard was one of the best I found in the area and the adults loved the fact that the home isn’t plastered in Disney characters. I would stay here again. Cons: Some of the furniture could use repair/replacement (e.g. the coffee table is wobbly and the couch is worn and missing some buttons. The outdoor couch cushions are VERY worn/ripped and need to be repaired). The icemaker didn’t work and the front left burner on the stove didn’t light. Other Things to Know: The gameroom floor gets VERY slick with water so be very careful. The Foosball table didn't sit level so couldn’t play it, but got good use of the shuffleboard and Pacman. No kid games inside so bring your own. Also will want to separate your trash from recyclables in the house so will be sorted when time to take out. The shades in the den don't work, but the rest did. Hope you enjoy your time there as much as we did.

What a perfect place to stay for our Disney vacation! House was clean and very spacious for the 4 of us! We only got to use the pool/backyard on our last day since we were at the parks the rest of the time, but it was so comfortable to unwind out there. It was easy to schedule a Lyft to and from the parks (only about an 7-9 minute ride depending on traffic). Funtierland was very communicative before and throughout the visit. Will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in Anaheim!

Perfect for a family of 7

Overall our stay was amazing. The house was a perfect size for a family of 7 with plenty of room for us to spread out. The backyard and pool area was very relaxing and the kitchen was well equipped. The hosts were easy to work with and quick to respond when questions arose. The only negatives would be the quiet hours imposed by the city and with that not being able to utilize the jacuzzi later in the evening and the road noise(Orangewood is a fairly busy street at all hours). Neither of these things is due to the hosts and we would definitely recommend this property to others and we will more than likely use Funtierland again when traveling to Southern California. All in all it was amazing family trip at a beautiful house.

Disneyland Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! The pool and hot tub were incredible! The kids were in the pool anytime we were home! It was a great home in a safe location with a short Uber ride to Disneyland! We loved it! Thank you so much!

Amazing Backyard

We loved staying on Orangewood! The property was had a very easy check in and check out process and was very clean and comfortable. We had 6 adults and 2 kids stay, and we were all very comfortable. Everything in the house worked well and the pool/spa was perfect! The Funtierland staff was extremely responsive and had amazing service. The only con was the road noise. We turned on box fans to drown out the road noise, and we slept perfectly fine after that. Some things in the house are a little worn, but work just fine. We would stay again and recommend it to others!

Impromptu Family Vacation

My nephew was playing in basketball tournament for the weekend so I decided to rent a home and make a family vacation out of it. The home was the perfect place for our group. The backyard space was a plus. Would stay here again. One thing that was a surprise is it’s on the Main Street. It was not an issue at all, just didn’t realize it. Make sure your group knows all the rules, it makes for an even better stay.

Quiet neighbourhood

The house was a great solution for our stay during a conference at the Anaheim convention center. Kitchen was well equipped and 4 out of 5 bedrooms spacious. However, the last bedroom was more of a make shift thing without a proper door, no space to store clothes and the bed is definitely not queen size as advertiesed.While we appreciates the calm neighbourhood, rhe rules on being quiet seemed a bit extreme. I understand that we‘re not allowed to be loud during night. But a swim before work or a quiet breakfast outside shluldn‘t be a problem.

Private Oasis

The backyard set up with the pool and spa were beautiful. My family had a great time coming home in the middle of the day from Disneyland for a pool break (kids) or nap break (parents) before going back to close out the parks. We had a few minor needs and issues throughout the week and all were attended to quickly and with good communication. For example, the ice machine stopped working and when they couldn’t fix it, they brought us a big bag of ice. Cleanliness was top notch. Plenty of towels, dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo, etc. Property is entirely fenced and very private. Close to Disney. Highly recommend.

Convenient

We stayed here with our 1 and 4 year olds while on a Disneyland vacation. It was a convenient location to Disney. There were many signs with rules posted but few instructions to operate things. Instructions for turning the pool on and off would have been helpful. The microwave, water/ice machine and main tv didn't work. The house was clean though and the pool was nice.

Great place to stay near theme parks! Quick drive to parking. Place is a little dated but worked well for our large family! Communication with hosts at any time of day via text was great! Would stay again.

Good location and fabulous pool!

Whilst the location, space inside the property and pool were fabulous, the photos of the property on the listing are dated and we didn’t get what we thought we were paying for. The management company were very helpful and did resolve some of the issues we had very quickly, but being honest we didn’t want to spend all our time trying to resolve issues and focused on our holiday. We have shared all our comments with the management company for consideration. Hopefully they will address all the issues raised so future clients can fully enjoy their stay.

Great location, close to Disneyland.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and the pool and game room was a plus. The kids had a blast. Very close to Disneyland, great for carpooling and Uber.
