Location of the house was perfect for our family trip to Disneyland with quick & easy access to the park. Improvements around the exterior of the home would provide for a better overall experience when utilizing the pool area

We had an excellent stay! The space was roomy, cozy, and thoughtfully set up. It felt like a great deal for the quality and comfort provided. If you’re looking for a convenient affordable home base within 15 minutes of Kuttke Saigon and Disney, this is it.

Very nice house clean and very well kept the front gate has a palm tree blocking door and a one of the rooms has a leaning bed but other that that good neighborhood close to Disneyland and places to eat

Didn't have salt or cooking oil. The pans weren't big enough for my family. The propane was empty. The rooms were niceand clean. The kid enjoyed the pool. We did 2 loads of laundry. Good quality.

There was a sewage smell in the bathroom by the kitchen. Overall very clean but some furniture seems a bit beat up. Loved that the house is closed to a lot of things. Great location.

Excellent and safe neighborhood. We appreciated the size of the bedrooms and the convenience of three bathrooms. Minor inconvenience were the draining issues in the front lawn after steady rain and lack of light fixture in laundry room and insufficient lighting on the front porch.

We had back to back stays here because we really liked the spaciousness of the property. We had a housekeeping miscommunication at the start of the stay. However the property owners were expedient in communicating with us and resolving the issue. Overall, we had a great stay at this lovely property. We would love to return.

Spacious Stay

The first thing that stood out was how spacious and cozy the entire home is. From the living area to the bedrooms, there’s plenty of space to feel completely at ease. Having a swimming pool is a great addition to my vacation for the kids.

First, let me start off by saying the house was clean, but once I did my walkthrough with my daughter. And took pictures. The first bedroom to the left The bed was broken. The box spring or what ever you call it was cracked. Main bathroom had a crack in front of the sink. Lots of chips in the wall holes where the light sockets were, no screens on some windows ripped patio screens doors Shade's missing from the window. And the furniture was worn dirty, and stained nothing at all like the pictures I see on vrbo. According to the so called manual the house, was to be provided with laundry detergent, bathroom tissue, paper towels. nowhere to be found. I had to go out and buy my own. and we looked everywhere. everything was locked up. Cupboards were locked even closet door. And when it came time to go outside and barbecue, hang by the pool. The 2 barbecue grills had looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. They were so disgusting and corroded with old food. It was so nasty. Because according to this manual, they are supposed to be cleaned every time they're used. So obviously the owners of this house. Never check to see if the grills are cleaned. Even the fire pit was rusty and old. dishes were left outside from previous people. The yard could have been kept up, but that's just something cosmetic, I guess. Not much more, I can say about this house.

Great location, lots of space!

Overall a great experience! Close to Disney, and beaches within a half hour drive. There was a lot of space in the home, we loved having 3 bathrooms. And the kitchen was very nice. Would have used the pool more, but it was chilly when we were there. Would stay here again!

AC didn’t work. Took till next day to get it fixed. One of the beds had wet spot at foot of mattress. Kitchen supplies could have been better. Had no sheet for making pizza in oven.

Pros: In a quiet neighborhood, close to good food places, theme parks and beach. The pool was perfect after being in the sun all day. There was plenty of room and space for a bigger family. Having 3 bathrooms was a huge plus. The shower/tub in the master bedroom was amazing! The check out was easy compared to other places I have been in. They don’t require a lot of laundry and removal of bedding. Cons: There wasn’t any extra toilet paper or paper towels so we ended up needing to buy some. We also had to buy trash bags cause no extra besides the one in the bin were provided. We also had to buy laundry detergent and dryer sheets. If you want to cook, you need everything. Usually some places had a few things like oil and seasoning. The BBQ was not useable. The furniture was a bit beat up. We completely sunk into one of the futon/couches. There were tons of ants coming out of the walls so all food needed to be put in the fridge and we had to throw the trash out constantly. The beds were not super comfortable. They were noisy and sunk in the middle but we were so tired most days it didn’t matter. Also, I would suggest the owners check the drains in two of the bathrooms, they smell like sewage every time someone showered.

Our group of 6 adults and 2 small children had a nice stay at this Anaheim Vrbo. Plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was well appointed, with the exception of ice…The ice maker doesn’t work, no ice trays…bring your own. Bring extra toilet paper and dishwasher detergent. There wasn’t enough for our 4-night stay. The beds are super comfortable and the sheets are so soft. There are plenty of towels. The only downsides were the dirty floors and stained couches. Our feet got very dirty walking around the house barefoot. Also, no closet in the master bedroom. We loved the close proximity to Disneyland.Good communication with the host as well!

Very Disappointing Stay. Unfortunately, this property was nothing like the pictures or description. We paid approximately 3,000 for a seven-night family vacation, including a 300 cleaning fee, and expected a clean, comfortable, well-maintained home. What we experienced was very different. The home had bugs and ants throughout, and four members of our family were bitten. There were no screens on the bedroom windows, spider webs throughout the home and on the outdoor furniture, and the backyard was filthy and overgrown. The pool was extremely dirty and not something our family felt comfortable using. Inside, the couches were heavily stained, there were broken blinds, chipped walls, apparent water damage along the baseboards, heavily soiled furniture, loose toilet seats, dirty kitchen utensils, and an awful odor whenever the showers were used. There was also no smoke detector near the kitchen, which was concerning from a safety standpoint. The BBQ grill was in horrible condition and unusable, which was especially disappointing because we planned to cook many of our family meals at the house. Because we couldn’t use the grill and the property was not what we expected, we ended up having to purchase takeout much more often than planned. We also discovered a broken Keurig and reported it immediately because we did not want to be blamed for something that was already broken. Would not recommend.

We ended up not staying at this property because it was absolutely filthy and disgusting. Un washed bedding and towels, blood on couch and washer/dryer. Cat poop all over the backyard area near the pool. The neighborhood was not great either. I definitely would recommend not staying at this property.

Very clean. Close to Disneyland like we wanted. There were a couple things that could have been updated. The porch plants need to be pruned. The front door knob is loose and ready to fall off. Kitchen had ants. Which we noticed the last day. The table legs were loose. The couches were comfortable but very low to the ground and hard to get up. But overall it was a nice place to stay

Ok property

Battery on door lock was low. We were in a situation late at sight after Disneyland stuck out side with two kids under 5z. Luckily after several attempts the door opened. Property owner/manager had a crew come replace batteries the next morning.Beds are old and damaged. They collapsed on us in one bedroom.Dinner table had a broken leg and could have collapsed on one of us, we just stayed away from the table. Not the worst property but the furniture needs refreshed for functional reasons.

The host was slow to respond. Never responded to my text that the dishwasher was broken. Lots of little up keep needs. Needs yard work done. No street parking b/c too many neighbors. Couches needed shampooing. And they are too low to the ground for people with bad knees or older. Need better out door lighting in front. No light at the door. No hand towels. Kitchen supplies were cheap and mish mash and hard to locate. For the price I would expect better cookware. Master has nowhere to put clothes as there is no closet or dresser. Ice maker didn't work. It was easy access to Disney and to grocery stores and shops.
