Excellent location and superbly stocked, accommodating!

We loved how cozy and clean the home was. Plenty of sleeping room for large groups with well stocked toiletries, linens, and an excellent assortment of cooking utensils in the kitchen.

Excellent Experience!

My spouse and I enjoyed a fantastic week vacation with family at this beautiful house. Cleanliness was exceptional and owner was fantastic with any communication needs. Location is perfect with a public beach access in walking distance. Highly recommend staying here!

Lovely stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jon’s house. The house was clean, nicely decorated and supplied. Jon was also super easy to contact and communicate with about any issues that came up. Overall, it was a lovely week! Thank you!

Memorial weekend getaway

My bestie, her family and I have been coming to Topsail for years. We outgrew our last place, so this was the first visit to Jon's place. It was perfect! It had everything we needed, was very clean and Jon was very responsive to any question we had. It rained part of the time, and the covered car port was perfect for hanging hammocks and relaxing. The beach access is right across the street and the covered porch was a great spot for coffee and drinks at night. We will definitely return!

Nice little beach house

Our family visited topsail Island and was very impressed with the house and just steps away from the beach! Pretty much everything you need for a vacation,I over packed and brought everything not knowing because we had never rented a beach house before. I was very impressed with everything the house had to offer. Really the only thing we needed was groceries,clothes and swimsuits. There was even extra beach towels in the closet!! If we ever visit topsail again I would definitely recommend this place. The only thing my kids said it was missing was a pool

Best VRBO stay to date!

Everything about our stay in April 2023 was perfect. The price, check in process, cleanliness of the house, amenities, walking distance to several places, proximity to the beach, owner availability/response time, check out process....just everything. I think all four of us commented on how clean the place was. It FELT really clean which is exceptionally rare at the beach. I can honestly say that I have not enjoyed my stay in someone else's home like I did here. It was a home away from home that provided a wonderful location for a memorable Mom's getaway weekend. Thank you so much!

I was born in San Diego, CA but was raised outside of Winston-Salem, N.C. I am a General Manager of an Italian Restaurant so food and hospitality runs through my veins! I live outside of Charlotte with my 3 cats and my partner. I am a beekeeper and I love plants! I love traveling! Some of my favorite places to visit: Seattle, Italy, Costa Rica, Orlando, Boulder, and of course Surf City!

I decided to make the jump into hosting because I have always wanted to have a place at Topsail since my sister and I started vacationing there together 15 years ago. I want to provide a place for people where memories are created and for families to enjoy time together.
