Incredible location! Great ocean views, and the home is steps off the beach!! The place is spacious and well laid out. Great beds, bath, living area! Great carport and grilling area. Kitchen is functional and spices and leftover necessities are there! Everything is nearby! Everything! Even a ver the bridge is super close! We loved this place!

Loved staying here! The location had multiple ocean views and only a few steps away from sand and water. Great space with most of everything you'd need for a laid back vacation.

Great Location

Great location, easy access to the beautiful beach, and comfortable accommodations. Would have been nice if towels were provided and maybe toilet paper. The weather was perfect and the condo was within easy access of the beach. We would stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay. The Waltzes are amazing people to rent from and make sure everything is taken care of. The condo is homey, convenient and relaxing. We plan to return next year for our 4th year with them

Beautiful place with a great view!

We were very happy with our stay here. The house had everything we needed including a baby gate to save us from bringing one of our own. We stayed here with our two toddlers, dog and my parents and it was a perfect size for us. The beach access is right there and the view was wonderful! Ted is an amazing owner and I would totally book this house or another with him again without any hesitation!

A wonderful relaxing vacation.

The property is well maintained and very comfortable. The owner responds quickly if there is any question. The location is ideal: close to the beach and to the town center of Surf City, within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. We especially liked the mattresses and the chairs on the deck.

Great!

This is a great place, well equipped, great location. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants, gift shops etc and being only a stone's throw from the beach. We had a problem with the washing machine and it was taken care of immediately. I would recommend this listing.

I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay here was wonderful! We enjoyed this property very much. The owners, Ted and Debbie, were very responsive and addressed all our questions without hesitation, which we really appreciated. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. We enjoyed being close to the shops, restaurants, and grocery store. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE and the house was clean and had the feeling of home. As the listing stated, the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed drinking our coffee on the deck every morning! I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. I can't wait to visit Topsail Island again next year!

Great get away!

Easy to find. Good location with quiet streets for walking or bike adventures. YES full size washer and dryer. Beach access with stairs or walk 50 feet and you have easy access between dunes with no stairs. Turtle hospital is just a short drive back over the bridge, do go and meet some of these fun creatures. Owners were very quick to respond to our questions and great to work with. Go ahead and have fun.

First, Ted is awesome! Very responsive and handled a couple small issues we had very quickly and in a friendly way. Second, loved the king bed. Very comfortable. Queen mattress foam also wonderful in other bedroom. Kitchen very nice. Not ocean front but you can see the ocean from the deck which was quite nice. Reasonable price for this condo. Had a great time with our small dog and were so thrilled to bring him. Ted had dog bowls there which was also helpful. Please do remember to bring your own towels, soap and paper products. Overall great stay!!!

Perfect vacation, best beach yet.

This was our 1st. VRBO experience. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners Deb & Ted.They made us feel so welcome. Everything went so smooth from the very begining.The condo was great. It was well equipped. You are literally steps away from the ocean. Topsail Island is beautiful. The beach is spectacular. The condo is nicely located. You can walk to the grocery store, the local fish market and some restaurants. Deb & Ted had just acquired this unit. We had a minor issue and it was resolved promptly with no inconvenience to us.The owners set a standard that would be hard to beat. We wouldn't hesitate to return and hope to do so. Very satisfied Canadians P & R.

Great spot, great size

This was the 2nd time we rented from Ted in this location (last year we rented the unit next door). The home was a perfect size for our family of 3 plus our dog. The unit is nicely renovated, with all the amenities you need for your time away. Both bedrooms are nicely appointed, with a king size bed in one and a queen with bunk beds in the other. We could have had a couple of extra people and it would have been just fine! The beach access is directly across from the unit or just to the right via the emergency vehicle access (the fire department is across the street!). Either way it is very easy to get out to the sand and set up for the day. You are in easy walking distance to "downtown" Surf City and some fun, good restaurants, as well as the pier. Overall, I would definitely recommend this location and renting from Ted!

I love that my kids can take a few steps and be on the beach without crossing any streets. Close to all the local restaurants and the pier.
