Många uppgraderingar år 2018. WIFI Gratis internetuppkoppling. Byggandet av "En plats på stranden IV" är direkt vid vattnet, behöver du inte att korsa gatan. Lägenheten ligger på andra våningen, balkongen har utsikt över både hela Apache-piren och den fantastiska breda utsikten över stranden sanden, [INTE swimmingpoolen]. Dessa lägenheter kommer att städas före varje ankomst. Lägenheten har två fulla sovrum, två badrum. Det finns en tvättmaskin / torktumlare på varje våning. Stora kök med alla bekvämligheter, 2 TV-apparater med kabel, video, DVD och stereo. Beläget i det berömda området Shore Drive på "En plats på stranden IV" direkt vid havet i Myrtle Beach. Från balkongen kan man se den fantastiska utsikten över havet; condo är bara några fot från Apache fiskebrygga, kan du titta på fyrverkerierna från balkongen på natten i olika tillfällen. Två uppvärmda utomhuspooler (våren och höst) med pool solstolar, utegrill grillar med picknickbord. Gångavstånd till Ocean Annies Beach club och bar, kan du lyssna på en liveband, bara en kort promenad till Sands Ocean Club. Du kan gå till Shore Drive Straw Market.

De berömda turistorterna Barfota landning, Broadway at the Beach som har över 100 butiker och underhållningsprogram som Alabama Theater, Rossis och restaurang rad, 2001 nattklubb, och många stora utbud av restauranger kända med färsk fisk och skaldjur. Communication was great through the entire process. While parts of the space are dated, it was great for what we needed - a place to sleep & cook a few meals at a great price. The property is nice with a swimming pool & excellent location.

Excellent Vacation Spot

Right on the beach

Pleasant 2nd story apartment in a building right on the beach. 1/2 mile to the pier on one side and dining and shopping locations on the other. Short drive to all of Myrtle Beach's attractions.

Enjoyable Vacation

We enjoyed this condo. It offered all of the amenities of home. We will definitely consider renting Yvette's condo in the future. The Shore Drive area is one of our favorite areas to stay in Myrtle Beach. Yvette was very easy to work with.

A place at the Beach IV

Location was perfect. The condo could use some updates but for the price it was great. The only recommendation I could give would be to declutter a little like the chair and the extra lamps in the 2nd bedroom. We truly appreciate you sharing your condo. I would stay again.

The location is amazing everything you need is right there. But condo hasn’t had nothing done to it since they bought it. It needs a make over but it was just the boys so we won’t worry about it being out dated but our wives would have flipped!

Nice place Great price

It was a nice location. The price was very affordable. We could see the ocean from the balcony. The place needs a little upkeep, older looking furniture. My kids’ room didn’t have a television, which we would have liked. Communication was great! Any issue I came across was answered in a very timely manner. Quiet and relaxing trip. We would recommend and will probably stay here again!!!

Good place on the ocean

Not a bad place to stay on the ocean. The condo is the furtherest from the ocean in the complex. But from the balcony you can still see it and hear the waves. The floors were just laid down and look great. The beds are good. But the rest needs updating but not too bad to make a bad stay. The owner was great to work with and had all the answers to questions we had promptly. Easy in and out to the main road also.

Location was spot on

It was a great location but we wish we would have been warned that the condo above us was going to be having renovations for the first 3-4 days. Quite noisy as they were having the flooring done. The view from the balcony was a bit deceiving from the pictures on site and the condo needs some updating but other that a good time was had by all.

Our Stay - A Place at the Beach IV

Our family vacation was for about a week. This unit is located on the highly desirable Shore drive area of Myrtle Beach. Not too crowded but still close to all the attractions. We spent many hours enjoying the great views from the balcony. This is a great unit for a family, being on the beach it makes the walk an easy one with kids and all their toys. The unit is very quite we never heard people next to us or above us. We have been going to Myrtle Beach for many years now and Yvette was one of the easiest owners to work with, she wants to make sure everything is great. She also returned my deposit the same day I left, that is unheard of.

Didn't like it to well floors had dust an inch deep under things my husband had to fix the shower just so our kids could take a bath and then I got excused of stealing towels and then hand towels so probably won't stay there ever again

Great location, very minimal supplies

The location and view of the ocean were wonderful. Was surprised by the minimal supplies provided. There was no soap and only 4 towels/ wash clothes. Yes, there is a laundry down 7 steps and down the hall, but who wants to spend an hour and a half washing towels daily, especially at $4 per load? Kitchen had 1 dishcloth, no towels at all and no detergent for the dishwasher. Items were easily purchased at nearby stores. Unit was very dusty.

Needs updated

It wasn't a bad experience. Needs updated badly. The towel rack kept falling, everything is dark the door to the balcony is rusted. The stove is very banged up. This is my fourth time in the same complex different condos. This was the least updated and nice. But it was was fine for the 2 of us. If we had our grandkids it would have been a different story. The love seat was covered with a ugly brown cover that was way too big.

Clean dated property, great location and communication

Check-in and check-out went so smoothly. The property is very dated, but very clean and had everything we needed. Towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, lotion were ready when we arrived. We enjoyed being able to see the water, feel the cool breeze and watch fireworks from the balcony. The master bedroom AC unit made a very loud noise when it came on, but we soon got used to it. The living room stayed very warm, but the balcony always had a nice cool breeze, so that wasn't a problem. The beach was easy to access from the covered communal hallways (shady cool walk out of the sun!) and the pool was just steps away around the building. We appreciated having a beach umbrella, folding chairs and a sand pail/shovel to borrow from the closet by the front door. They made our beach time much more pleasant. Yvette was wonderful. She kept in contact without being intrusive. Restaurants and attractions are all nearby. Such a great location for a family vacation.
