Chaz was a great host, easy to communicate with! The house was just what we needed for our vacation and had all the amenities with a fully stocked kitchen and laundry facilities.

Great island house! Loved how stocked the kitchen was, we had comfortable beds and even beach chairs and cooler. We would definitely stay here again.

Nicely furnished home. The air conditioning is just first floor. We happened to arrive on one of the hottest weeks, so the upstairs was only cool at nite. The front porch/deck is nice, but had we not brought a tent, would have been too hot to enjoy, even on cool days. The host is very good at responding when we needed to ask questions. The beach chairs are great…we were so glad to have them. There are also plenty of towels for beach and bath.

Sweet, cozy, updated house!

We really enjoyed our stay at Chaz' Long Island house. It is open and airy and maintains its 100 year old charm even as it's been updated. It sits in a great, grassy yard with plenty of bright light and has a terrific, large deck on the front. The golf cart ride to all beaches is short and lovely!

Chaz was very helpful answering questions promptly prior to arrival. The house was great to stay in, plenty of equipment in the kitchen and nice grill outside. Bathroom well supplied with towels and washer dryer helped a lot! Living room was comfortable and internet worked well. Ceiling fans in all the rooms made for a comfortable sleep, and heat pump downstairs kept the house cool. Yard was clean and tidy, we used the golf cart which was helpful to get around the island. Beaches are close and overall was a great place to be.

Can’t Wait Until Next Year!

Chaz is an incredible host and could not have been more accommodating. From the moment we booked this adorably home he made himself available and even added multiple amenities before we arrived—including a Weber grill and a golf cart (!)—to make our stay effortless and comfortable. The home is perfect for an average size family or small group and perfectly located for easy access to not one but two beautiful sand beaches. It’s perfectly clean, with numerous modern conveniences for a rainy day or after long days at the beach. We could not recommend it more highly, and can’t wait to go back next year!!

Overall I give an excellent review of the house. The only area that wasn’t 5 stars was cleanliness as this was an issue at check in but it was clear that this was due to the hired cleaner and out of the owners control as he wasn’t present. Chaz did do everything he could to make up for it including compensation and offering to arrange an emergency deep clean. Chaz was great with communication. The location of this house is perfect, right in the center of the island. The house is stocked with everything you need included extra phone chargers which we appreciated. Laundry was excellent and efficient. Beach chairs were plentiful and brand new. The golf cart wasn’t available last minute but we were referred to another island resource to get one. Overall it’s a great house!
