The Space:
- 1 king bed, 2 queen beds - Sleeps 6!
- Full Kitchen plus coffee maker and kettle! (Note: Please DO NOT take the Stonewall Tumblers, those are to remain at the house during guest stays.)
- Washer/Dryer available!
- Indoor Fireplace, BYO firewood
- BBQ Grill, BYO Charcoal
- 3 Smart TV's with streaming services (1 in the living room, 1 in the master bedroom and 1 outside in the casita)
- 2 back bedrooms there is a door that connects them. Hall bathroom is outside the rooms and has a bathtub.
- Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks
- Pack-n-play + portable high chair are provided
- For the kiddos, a separate hideout shed for some extra fun and entertainment!

Please note: there are stairs going up to the front porch and down to the back area. Also, the house is fully wired fenced, but still be cautious of your pets.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house, backyard and hot tub.

Other Things to Note:
- This property is suitable for all children and infants.

- This property does allow pets. There is a pet fee of $35 per pet/per night (plus taxes) and up to 2 pets max with a 35 lb limit. Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Please pick up after your pet(s).

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
