Friends Weekend

This was the perfect setting for our get away weekend. The weather was perfect. Setting was beautiful. Condo was perfect. Kelly was very responsive and made our stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay again!

Family Trip

We had a great time visiting our daughter in San Diego!The location was perfect for a quieter, less windy bayside location and easy walking to either Pacific Beach or Mission Beach. Made multiple runs to Woody’s:)It was a cooler weekend so was really nice to have the hot tub access!Host was very responsive. Was a little musty when we walked in but aired out quickly and would highly recommend.

Paradise on Mission Bay

We had an amazing time staying at this condo. Plenty of room for the 7 of us. Loved sitting on the deck just staring out into the bay and people watching. Kelly was great to work with and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful beach getaway!

Absolutely wonderful stay! Kelly was an amazing host—so welcoming and incredibly responsive whenever we had questions. The house itself is beautiful, cozy, and perfectly located right on the bay. It’s an excellent spot for families with kids, with plenty of amenities like chairs, a paddleboard, bikes, and beach toys to make the stay even more enjoyable.The location is ideal—a scenic 15-minute walk along the bay path takes you to the Pacific Beach boardwalk, where you'll find great restaurants and coffee shops. It’s the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience!Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend it for any families looking for a beautiful beach getaway!

Family Fun in San Diego

Spent a wonderful weekend at this condo in San Diego to celebrate brother's birthday. The place was clean and spacious. No adults had to cram into a bunkbed! Location is excellent. Able to walk to restaurants and stores. View from deck was great and really enjoyed the hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots/pans, etc. Plenty of room for multiple cooks. We will definitely come back to this place!

great for family

This property location is wonderful. Sail Bay directly in front of condo with walking/jogging path and beach easily accessible. The hot tub located on deck was appreciated after long days touring the San Diego area. Can walk to Ocean as well, approx 1/2 mile. Condo is spacious and clean. It was stocked with all we needed. Communication with manager was timely and helpful. Would rent here again.

Family vacation

The property was terrific for our multi-generational family including 5 adults and 4 children. Our host connected before and after we checked in to make sure everything was as expected. All of the beach equipment and supplies were in good working order and we all enjoyed our time in and on the water.

Best Beach Spot

We had a wonderful stay at this perfectly situated beach condo on Mission Bay. Well suited space for a party of 8. Great kitchen, and a short walk from so many good food spots in Pacific Beach. Loved this trip, thank you for everything Kelly!!

Great location, plenty of room, awesome host!

We had a great time with our entire family (5 kids and four adults) at this awesome spot right on Mission Bay! The house is large (4 full bedrooms/3 full bathrooms) and the host was very responsive. Our kids loved the hot tub, views of all the activity on the beach and being so close to the water. Would highly recommend!

Location Location Location

We enjoyed using the cruiser bikes, kayak and paddle board provided. The location was perfect for doing all these activities. We also enjoyed sharing meals on the deck over looking the bay. This was perfect for multi generation families.

Location, location, location

We enjoyed our stay and the host (Kelly) was so accommodating to our needs. Would highly recommend if you want to stay off the noisy boardwalk area of Mission Beach and enjoy the views from Sail Bay. Watching the rowers on the water in the morning and the volleyball matches on the beach in the late afternoon was entertaining. Super convenient to everything including Ralph's groceries. The beds were comfortable and the host mentioned doing some upgrades in the near future if you've read in other reviews the need for updating. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Perfect stay for our family.

Very spacious stay for our combined family vacation. Kitchen had everything we needed, and more. Lots and lots of towels, good sheets, perfect working laundry utilities. The entire balcony is lined with sturdy screens which really eased our stay with two two year olds. Communication with Kelly was great. We would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you for a wonderful week!

View and walking path and proximity to the ocean were all great. The property needs much updating. Consider getting rid of carpet and replacing it with nice flooring that’s in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Labor Day Weekend

This is an amazing property! Clean and spacious, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen for VRBO. Right on Mission Bay, the view is amazing! We loved watching the Sea World fireworks at night. Lots of beach toys…chairs, sand toys, paddle board and kayak. We used them all. And the jacuzzi is a bonus. Highly recommend

Great stay on the bay

Kelly our host was so responsive with questions about the property. We arrived a little early and the property was ready so she let us in early! The deck on the property was the main place to hang out. We played a lot of board/ card games and enjoyed the view. You could still hear the waves crashing against the coast about a half mile away. There were plenty restaurants and things to do close by. A nice waking area along the bay! Thank you Kelly !

A wonderful, large condo with great location and access.

This condo was perfect for our large blended family with 2 adults and 4 kids ranging from 17 to 10. Spacious (even more so than the pictures display) and with all the amenities around. Rooms were comfortable, deck was beautiful with views, grill and hot tub. The only thing I would comment on would be the kitchen, which, though spacious, was not quite as up to date as one would have wished. The microwave became possessed about 4 days into our trip, flashing and zapping for no good reason, for about an hour, and after that was considered verboten by us all. From the get go, however, Kelly was forthright and helpful. A confusion in booking was quickly and easily cleared up, and then followed instructions and regular communications (though not too many, for which I was grateful). We were pleased with every aspect of the rental, and marveled at finding such a beautiful space so near to the water. Plenty of towels, working washer and drier to replenish our resources, large fridge and pantry to store our snacks. If we come back to San Diego, we will surely seek out this place again. Thank you.

Good location, we'd come back.

Stairs to get to second floor location. Overall good location. Great balcony with chairs, table and grill, and hose to rinse off. It is on the beach, so don't have to bring things/chairs/toys far. Built some large sand castles over a 1 week stay. Lots of activity on beach with volleyball, boardwalk, joggers, bicycles, dogs, and park with toys, swings, etc., nearby within stroller walking distance for young families. Felt safe. Door locks and access good. Supplied nicely and over all clean. Not too noisy. Didn't use TV, so an unknown. DW and laundry fine. Showers for short people, but good water pressure, nice, and warm/hot. Jacuzzi nice- used once (jets only worked in two places- needs repair). Calm bay for young children. Short drive to ocean side to experience waves. Ralph's grocery store large, close and easy to drive to. Parking- tandem alongside appt/condo and adequate for two vehicles- Lexus and Palisade parked tight, but expected, and fine. Dining table not sticky when you feel it, but paper plates with warm food, sticks to the table firmly- perhaps new varnish that sticks?- not sure why, but always happened (my end only) and paper left stuck to table from plate or napkin. No management issues. We'd stay here again.

Family get together

Quick get together with adult children, condo was clean and the bikes in the garage were a bonus! Great location for walking to pacific beach and coffee. Decor is dated but comfortable. Quick response from management when we had a question.
