For additional details or questions, please contact Carolina Retreats. In the easily accessed and family friendly community of Surf Condos in northern Surf City, find your Ruff Days Retreat! Comfortable furnishings and beachy decor at this one bedroom condo with additional sleeper sofa and futon invite you to unwind. A private balcony with ocean view overlooking the community pool with additional community amenities including landscaped grounds, a paved walkway to the wooden walkway to the beach, rinse-off showers, a community charcoal grilling area, and private lot parking make for a great stay at Topsail Island!

The property was not bad. Close access to pool and beach access. Only thing is pool closed at 8pm each day even on weekends. Property was close to restaurants and shopping. Traffic could get bad for the area. The condo was not bad, little dated and could not get cable to work on the living room tv. No tv in master bedroom, had to bring one of our own. Property management were the absolute best. Always nice, always spoke and made sure we were enjoying our time there. Basic utensils in the condo as far as being able to cook meals, not great but usable. Bathrooms were extremely small and hard to move around in due to the door locations. Other than that good location to activities.

I stayed there for a month. The host and the amenities were great. Being pet friendly was great, however the carpet was so disgusting I put towels on the floor by the bed and in living room. I don’t mind a bit of pet hair but even being a pet friendly place the carpet was just awful. Stained really bad. My feet and socks were black everyday. The kitchen could have used some better skillets and pans. Overall it was ok but I would not stay there again unless they changed the floors.
