Inside your recently updated retreat, discover ample living space - perfect for the whole family to enjoy. The living room features a large plush sofa, a fireplace, board games, and a TV. Cuddle up here at the end of each evening and tune into a movie. The full kitchen is ready to host your culinary creations, whip up something on the plentiful meal prep space before serving it at the formal dining table, breakfast nook, or alfresco on the back deck, equipped with a grill.

Sleep will come easy in each of the bedrooms, thanks to soft bedding and central air-conditioning. An additional interior perk can be found when you utilize the private washer/dryer.

Outside, the living space is sprawling and soaked in Florida sunshine. Wake up and feel the warm sun on your skin from the front or backyard to kick off another day in paradise!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
