Cozy apartment in a small beach front complex, balcony overlooking the beach. This unit has beautiful originals art pieces from a young BORICUA (puerto rican) artist. Located at the Isla Verde Marine Reserve is one of the most famous beaches in Puerto Rico since it is right in the most popular tourism zone of the island. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families and business travelers.

Small complex on the 3rd with only 16 units. Private balcony, spectacular view day and sunset.

SPACE:
Living Area: The living room area has a very comfortable couch for relaxing viewing of your favorite movie on the flat screen TV.
The dining area has a beautiful glass table with quirky seating for 4 people and 2 stools.

Kitchen: The bright open kitchen with granite top is equipped with a new full-size fridge, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster. Also, a house private washer and dryer, great for your extended days.

Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a king-size bed, there are drawers and closet to store clothes. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and there is a sliding closet in this room. The property also has a full bathroom with shower.

Balcony: The balcony is our best kept secret. It is your own private oasis where you may relax with your morning coffee or watch the sunset with a glass of wine. The best thing is that you can enjoy the breeze late afternoon. A true gem to enjoy during your vacation.

Complex included: access to the beach, nice sundeck area, coin laundry room (washer & dryer), one assigned parking space.
LOCATION: The Isla Verde Area is the main tourist area of San Juan and home to many casinos, fine restaurants, grocery stores, tourist shops, all within walking distance, and a 15-minute drive to Old San Juan and close to the highways that will get you to the rest of Puerto Rico. Taxis and buses are always available as the "main drag". This unit located just in front of Isla Verde Marine Reserve. Bring your snorkeling gear and be fun!

You will never have been bored in Isla Verde. Besides the beautiful beach, this unit is strategically located. Its location in the heart of Isla Verde puts it close to all the important hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, casinos, shops and cultural areas.

For a short beach vacation, a car is not needed, the apartment has an amazing location, and you can find anything you will need within walking distance. Uber is also a great alternative for getting around if you decide not to drive.

NOTE: Remember that you're staying in a private apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, especially during the peak months of Hurricane Season, which are July to October. Travel insurance is inexpensive and will reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, this will depend on what the coverage purchased covers. We will have as much or as little interaction. Prior to arrival, you'll receive a message with few questions. After that you will receive another message which includes all the important check in instructions. Once settled in the apartment, most guests love to just enjoy the vacation on their own.
