You are just two miles away from the River Creek Golf Course and four and a half miles from the heart of Oakhurst. Also, you are conveniently located for easy access to the south entrance to Yosemite National Park, or you might as well head north to visit historic Mariposa (30 miles) and one of the northern entrances to Yosemite. Bass Lake is within 11 miles and offers a plethora of recreational activities, including boat and jet-ski rentals as well as wonderful dining options for everyone.

This detached 2,220-square-foot home offers an incredible and vast large grass yard with a covered patio, a grilling station with a BBQ grill, mini-fridge, and standalone island, and an outdoor dining area to enjoy your feasts alfresco. When it's time to cool down and refresh after a summer hike in Yosemite, take a delicious dip in the sparkling above-ground pool (if the weather permits it)! And then, grab your favorite book and kick your feet up in the hammock available.

Inside, this mountain-view home offers an open-concept living space with a completely remodeled kitchen. Prepare your best culinary masterpieces and surprise your family and friends with delicious treats and homemade meals. Then, you all can retreat to the inviting living room, equipped with a wood-burning stove, comfortable furniture, and a smart TV with Roku and streaming services (Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and Amazon Prime, among others). There is a family room attached to the living area, where you can unwind, play board games, and challenge each other to entertaining foosball matches.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
