This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is located on a flat peninsula lot with over 400 feet of shoreline and 180 degree lake and mountain vistas. With approximately 4,175 square feet, there is space for family and friends to enjoy indoor and outdoor dining, morning coffee and happy hour with wide open views and game nights. There are three kings, two full beds. The large screened in porch is a favorite place to dine, relax and take in the amazing views. The walk out lower level has a wonderful outdoor living area with comfortable furniture and fire pit, perfect for enjoying an evening drink or s'mores with friends. There is corn hole, badminton and other games available to play in the yard. The lower level also, provides additional areas for gamesand watching tv. Kids will love their own space!
The reason we LOVE this property the most though, is because of the beautiful, wide cove of water we are in! You will be able to float, swim, kayak, paddle board or just hang out on the dock in this beautiful deepwater part of the lake. Homeowner boat is in the main slip but dock has access cleats on both sides for your own boat or if you rent a boat. NO trailers are allowed to be parked on property during your stay.
It is a short drive to many grocery stores, local restaurants, downtown Seneca and Clemson University (7 miles). This is the perfect getaway for family and friends to make lasting memories.

The recreational activities listed below are available either on site or nearby; fees may apply.

This QUIET street is very walkable and there are several nearby hiking trails and waterfalls to explore. There are several golf courses and spas in the area. Canoe and kayaks provided. There are places on the lake to rent paddle boards, boats etc.

Please honor quiet time after 10:00 PM for our neighbor friends.

Lake Keowee offers pristine water, recreational fun, sunny shores, and a place to relax and unwind with family and friends.

Summer rentals are 7 days Saturday to Saturday
Holidays and Clemson graduations may have longer minimums. $500 nonrefundable deposit required for reservation for holidays, graduation and parents weekend.

The property has two exterior video cameras for security while the property is not rented.

Family weekend Fun

We stayed at this VRBO for our first family weekend festivities at Clemson University. This lakeside home is the epitome of everything you could imagine and possibly want in a vacation! It was so nice out and with so many activities at the house, we didn't want to do Clemson! Owner is available and in great communication all throughout the process. The house has everything you could need. And the scenery is out of this world. Book your next vacation here and you will NOT be disappointed!!!

Lake Keeowee house

Boy what a great place. Home is right on a point with fantastic views. The website for the home with all vital information was great. Bedrooms were large and comfortable king size beds in 3 rooms and double queens/full in 4th room. All necessary supplies for cooking. Can’t wait to come back.

What a Find!

What a fabulous find!! We usually gather for our annual family get-together at the beach. This year we decided to meet in Seneca, SC…staying at this beautiful home on Lake Keowee. Was the perfect setting to celebrate the birthdays of my daughter and husband…both born on June 24. (Now, how’s that for a birthday present to my husband! : ) I really can’t say enough about this beautiful property…and its fantastic host. Upon entering the house, you are struck by the absolutely stunning views of the lake surrounding the house. (The pictures don’t do it justice.) The living areas are spacious and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was well equipped…had everything you would need. Especially loved the very spacious bedrooms. (Felt great to have a lot of elbow room!) Beds very comfortable. Lots of storage in closets and dressers. Bathrooms very clean. The weather cooperated…mostly! No rain but extremely hot (mid-high 90’s every day). Fortunately, our friends in the area loaned us their boat for the week. Spent a good deal of our time swimming off the dock (covered) and going for boat rides. Was fun finding an island with a sandy beach (many available), getting off the boat…picnicking & swimming in the crystal clear water! The grandchildren LOVED IT! I could go on and on. Just want to give a shout out to Marci. Was so great to work with. If we decide to vacation on Lake Keowee in the future, we know who we will be calling. Thank you, Marci!

Beautiful Lake Home

Stayed here for a Clemson football weekend. Little bit of a drive to campus but a pretty one. House is very nice. Lots of space for a lot of people. Very well furnished. Gorgeous views. Comfortable beds. Kitchen is large and well stocked with everything you’d need to prepare a meal. Owners leave a very sweet welcome package including wine, popcorn and chocolate. Nice touch! The family card game on the table was fun to play. A stay here during the summer would be fabulous! The lake is almost in your backyard, there’s lots of outdoor seating, a fire pit and a dock. You’d be happy here. :)

Amazing property

We have stayed at the lake many times and the views from this home are unbeatable. Marci was fantastic to work with and responded immediately. The property is just as described and she made sure everything was well planned. I was a little nervous as there were no reviews as this is a new property but I’m glad I took the chance. The views from the home, the back deck, the back yard and the dock are amazing. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio and dinner watching the sunset. We will absolutely book with Marci again and can’t wait to go back. Book this home with confidence. You won’t be disappointed.
