Lake Hartwell home near downtown Clemson!

We have a relaxing Lake Hartwell family home with 6 bedrooms. We are 1 mile to downtown Clemson and 2 miles from Clemson Memorial Stadium. While there are hills, my family and I have walked home from many games to avoid traffic. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. This is our full-time home, but we temporarily move out so that our rental guests can enjoy all that Clemson offers. Please be mindful that this home is not a party rental. We love our neighbors and want to keep them happy.
Our home sits on Lake Hartwell and we have a gradual slope that allows easy access to swim. There is a large deck on the back porch and a detached screened-in summer house for relaxing in the evenings. You can not beat a Clemson sunset! Please contact us for more specifics or if you have questions. We would be happy to help.

*We have an older outdoor cat that NEVER comes in the home. He usually disappears when there are guests. We do ask our renters to help us by pouring some cat food in the container while they are visiting.

The house was perfect for Clemson Parents weekend. We had plenty of room for the families that stayed with us. The location could not be better. The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch looking at the lake.

Perfect Clemson Home!

We had a wonderful stay for a football weekend at Clemson. The house fit our group very comfortably and the lakefront location is spectacular! We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing lake house near Clemson’s campus

My friends and family rented this house for a football game weekend, and it couldn’t have been better. Plenty of space inside, great outdoor area, and a beautiful view of the lake. Catherine was a great host and was very responsive. 10/10

Clemson Graduation

What a wonderful home and location! We were there for several days celebrating graduation and this property worked out perfectly for us. It is so close to campus and convenient to everything we were doing that weekend. The home is so well stocked and comfortable and the lake view and dock are wonderful. The owner is so easy to work with and very attentive. I highly recommend this property— Especially for football weekends or any time you need a close proximity to campus! Very quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed our stay!
