Welcome to our Beach house! This is a single family home with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths (bathtub & shower), lots of PRIVACY! It's located on the beach side so you don't need to worry about crossing any streets, it's steps away to the beach. Our home is located at the corner of Coastal Highway, where you can walk to restaurants, shops, groceries and other fun attractions. The house has an open-floor plan and big a porch. This is a family-friendly home, great for families w/ small children. Our beautiful home has a coastal décor that makes you feel relax and joyful. Our home has big windows that let the sun in to naturally brightening up the room. It has a nice porch that you can sit down and relax while watching various events happening in Ocean City. This is a single family home so you have all the house to yourself. The following list is what our house offers to ensure you are comfortable while staying in our place:

Sleeping Arrangement:
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a portable playpen/crib. It has a large closet and bathroom.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin size bed. It also has a regular closet size.

The living room has a sofa bed (queen size).

Extra blankets and pillows can be found inside the bedrooms' closets.

Bathrooms:
The house has two bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a bathtub. The 2nd bathroom has a shower. We also installed a shower handle for anyone that may need assistance to stand while showering.

There will be a $500 security deposit for damage protection that will be charged upon booking this property.

PARKING:

Driveway parking for 2 cars. There are also Free parking spaces in front of the house.

Guest access
Check-in after 2PM. Keyless Entry. On the day of your arrival, we will send you a code to open the smart lock.
Check-out before 12:00PM. Please notify us immediately after you checked out.
WiFi information will be sent on the day of your arrival.

Rental requirements:
- During Mid June through August is a Sunday through Sunday weekly rental. Send us an inquiry if you want a shorter than 3 day stay.
- 3 nights minimum stay for other months, with the exceptional of some holidays.
- Anyone is interested in renting more than 21 days, please send us an inquiry.


HOUSE RULES
These are our house rules, please read carefully before booking our home:

- No smoking/vaping inside the house (Guests may smoke on the porch)
- No drugs (No Recreational Cannabis)
- No loud noise after Midnight
- No pets
- No Party
- Person who is booking this house must also stay at the house throughout the rental period.
- Be respectful of your neighbors
- Any accidents (such as breakage, damage) in/outside the house, please report it us immediately.
- Please leave the house as you found

To note: We do not provide sheets and towels. You need to bring your own or I can arrange linens rental with a local company that I have rental agreement. For 7 people, it will cost $100.00:

Please let me know should you need less so that I can request for a new pricing. Also, let us know if you'd like your beds to be made. Some guests would like to see their linens and towels are still in bags for cleanliness.
